I am unable to access my control panel. I go into the C-panel and type my user name and password exactly the way it should be but it never accepts. What is the problem??
Double check to make sure Caps Lock isn't on or that you didn't use caps lock typing in your password when you signed up. Have you accessed it before? You could always change your password for I believe 10 or 5 credits.
my hosting credits went to the negatives for a while, but now they are back up. Does this affect my host in any way? because before I was able to log on, but now i cant and im sure it's the same username and password.
Well, i do not believe that it would effect you being able to login to your Cpanel, you would have to read up about it like in the TOS or search for it..but i do not think it will effect it as long as you got it back up, just remember to keep it up somewhere high in case anything happens to you where you cant login for a period of time..are you sure you have the right link? *edit* and yes it would cost 10 credits *edit*
When your hosting credit reaches zero or your site is suspended, you no longer have access to your cPanel or FTP. You must bring it back to positive and your site must be unsuspended in order to gain access.
Make sure you are typing in the correct cPanel address (since it was not provided where you were accessing) it's yourSite.com/cpanel

wait for domain propagation if you just configured domain nameservers to point to trap17. in the meantime, access your cpanel via IP.
Sorry. It most likely was a blonde moment I was having. The issue was resolved in the shoutbox. It was that the IP was bad, and one of the moderators gave me the new one. Thanks for tolerating me guys .
I had put a domain name that I didn't have when I registered my website. I got the 15 credits
and changed it to a subdomain. Now I can't log into my control panel. At first it was telling me
I had the wrong password which I'm sure I don't. Now I just get a timed out error. Also my

I am frantically trying to get into my Trap 17 control panel. I tried to get into the login screen
by typing: http://www.trap17.com:2082 and indeed, the login screen comes up. I then type in my
username (mrdee, or should it be my trap 17 domain)? I then also enter my correct password, what
hapeens then is that the login screen keeps popping up again. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

i like CPanel, i think it's easy , handsom, and contains alot of tools which is configured
easily with it. also CPanel has alot of versions. i worked with amaizing versions which attract
you... so you know choosing your control panel is not easy.so whcih one do u prefer to use and what

I have just a noticed a number in our user ID panel (the section to the left of your post with your
user name, avatar, date joined, number of posts, member number etc.) that appears after the value
for the date you joined. In my case the number is 190. What is this number and what does it mean? It

Just when I am starting to learn my way around here.....I go into C panel today, and the font is
much smaller. Has this happened to any body else here? I was use to a bigger a font size. I
don't know it its because I added some more directories, so my directory list is getting long.

Hi All: When I go to C panel, it looks nice. It has a nice white desktop and colored icons. But
when I go to file manager to work on my site, it is very, very blue. Is there a way I can change
the background so its not so blue. The color is very hue intensive, and I would much rather work

Im not sure if this is the correct palce to post this but anyway. I was wondering if there was a
way to control the time your original page is displayed before it redirects to the site. eg.
Like say i want site1.html to redirect to site2.html but i want site1.html to display 5 seconds
instead of going directly to site2.html If C-Panel cant do that does anyone know how i can do this?
