C++ 4.0 Sp3 Freeze - C++ freezes when trying to select...

ok, i got the free microsoft embedded c++ 4.0 sp3 for creating pocket pc apps. i figured out that i need to tell it where the platform emulators (something like that) are located. but when ever i go into tools>options, then click on the directories tab, it freezes up like this:

can anyone help? PLEASE!

Every tried sending an error report... if it's a ms app, then chances are if someone else has had the same problem and there is a fix, then there will be an answer in the knowledge base.

Else, try the good old uninstall/reinstall.
