I am coming up to my 2nd year as a Premium Client, and it can't end soon enough. I have been victim to extended downtimes, and usually at the worst times, complete data loss (seriously - everything... GONE) and inappropriate site redirection (Porn site anyone?) while they fumbled with their hardware. I've lost clients, and never an official apology. I dread seeking support, as I know I'll get some cookie cutter answer that doesn't even remotely relate to my question. Their forums are at least amusing, but be careful, else you be gagged if you complain too much, or shed some truth to how awful the service is. (Ever wonder why there's no bad reviews on their forum? Mmmm, makes you wonder.) What once was, is sadly no longer. Go elsewhere, anywhere, but run as far away as you can from Byethost (and stay away from their little resellers too - it's even worse!)
