| | Hello everybody, This is my first post here and so far I am enjoying this service very much. I have a question for everybody interested. I am buying a new laptop for school this year and was thinking about buying the new Dell Inspiron 700m. Does anybody have this computer? And if so can you tell me if you like it? I am also open to suggestions for other laptops under $1500 that are portable and lightweight.

Ah... I wish this post was bit earlier... A week ago, Office Depot had unadvertised sale. Seems like Office Depot purchased, nation wide, too many Gateway's laptop. As you know Gateway closing local retail stores caused huge amount of inventories to be liquidated. My boss picked one up for $700 and the specs were: Pentium 4 3.06 512 RAM ATI 9000 series 128MB 80 GB DVD+-R/RW 15.4 screen WiFi and all the default stuff You can't go wrong with that, ya know?

hey that's cool 700$ only for that kind of laptop i must say it was a steal deal....but depends on what was the weight of the laptop i think it must have been a bit heavy one.....i wish to have a tablet pc because they are small light and powerful...  but i know buying a tablet pc is not a piece of cake..

I just bought a laptop (6) Hi there guys, I just bought a brand new Dell Inspiron laptop for $729.99. It has a
processing speed of 2.0ghz, 3GB RAM, and a 250gb hard drive. I'm really satisfied, especially
with the wireless internet and the fact that I can carry my computer around with me, allowing you to

What's The Difference Between 64 And 32 Bit?

about one thing: AMD manufactures a LOT of 64 bit processors, while Intel almost never does.

Uncharged Laptop Battery
Cannot Charge Laptop Battery (4) I have a personal laptop for my own use, which I left at home for about 6 hours. The problem was
that I forgot to put on the adapter, so that the battery won't run out. And there I was, when I
came back home, the laptop's battery was out. I immediately connected the charger but the
