Browser Can't Find Server

I have signed up for qupis free web hosting a few days ago... My hosting account has bin created and i can login to my cpanel. I have uploaded all images the site needs and home page named "index.html". But when i try to open my page(by going to the pages url...) i can't see it, the browser sends me an error saying that server is not found. That is a little bit strange, because i have uploaded all needed files. Please help me, my username is "itsrbija"(without "") and my domain shuld be "itsrbija.qupis.com"(without "").

it is a co.nr domain re-direct? and I don't think you are allowed languages other than English.

Yes it's a redirect... I didn't know languages other than english are forbiden.... Sorry, but qupis has all i need to finish testing of my site, and than i will buy a payed hosting. Can i please stay on qupis hosting?

BTW: This morning when i checked the browser could find the site.. It must be somthing with my internet...
