Dear hosted members, We have noticed that many members are knowingly or unknowingly breaking some
basic rules of posting and hosting at T17. This has resulted in a lot of spam posts which in turn
lead to more unnecessary work for moderators and admins, 'defacement' of the foums and
sometimes even banning of the concerned member. The rules are there and you are also there. But

I would like to close my hosting account because I am moving to a new paid host but I am unsure how
to close the account so that if I need to in the future I can open it without having negative
credits. (I realize that all my info from my site will be wiped and if I reopen it will be from
scratch and Ill probably need to get the 30 creds again and what not)...

I currently don't have the time to keep up with this forum and a website in addition to my job.
So, how would I delte my hosting account? I don't want to delete my trap17 forum account, I
like the discussions here, and I may want to try a website gain someday, but right now I don't
have the time. Is it possible to keep my forum account but have my hosting account deleted? Thanks

I am in the negative points as we speak here just to state that. I have had a couple times when I

Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ...

Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel
and attempt to add an email account I get a message similar to "the account you are trying to
create, You have exceeded the maximum number of email accounts , with the password password
has been created successfully" And, of course, no email account is created. I know I am not

So, my hosting application was screened and approved about 5-6 days ago. My understanding is that I
then go to trap17.com/manage and then log in. I do this, and see a link "Check your Installation
