Well it would seem that the Ipod has everyone beat though I like the RaveMP3 player because it does have a lot of functions that are only for mp3's.

there is something better out now that goes far behond all of them there is psp this gives dvds mini mp3 and everything you need and now i hear there is a mp4 player coming out

I think that the perfect mp3 is the one that best suits your life style and the amount of money you can afford to spend on it. Also it should be able to hold a good amount of music. Or enough as the owner ses fit. I right now am sitting with a 64 meg RCA lyra. I need to buy an SD memory card for it but at this time I do not have the amount of money to purchase such and item. But I still find my ways to pull through and listen to as much music as I can.

Ipod mini. Cool looking and affordable, not to mention a good amount of storage. Its also pretty well-known. Most people don't know what a iRiver is or a Zen but Ipod is what they're fimiliar with. I also bought this, a silver.

I also think the Sony 1gig is good too. Much smaller and pretty nice. Not sure about the price.

Really they are all the same. Just some sound a tiny bit better but the companies fight to be the most with the largest amount of space on their mp3 player thats the quality of the music slips.

iPod.. its plain its simple and does what it does best, plays music,, yeah the price is a factor, but wthat the heck, a product is considered good when it does what it is supposed to do, with efficiency,, and this gets a 10/10 ... perfect player, perfect design, simple yet sophisticated

    My windows media player 11 has seemed to have developed a problem. Well actulally it has always been
    doing this. I am running a P4 (2.8GHz with 512 ram, 64MB vram), and when I try to activate the
    visualization in WMP 11 all it is horribly slow and pixelized. I would guess about 5 fps Normally I
    would just accept this and keep saving for a new computer but the second that there is something
    covering even part of the visualization screen, it ups it's performance. If you put a separate
    window over the vis screen (even the slightest corner of a window) the performance up....

    Ok, well i have been working on this project for about a week now, lol i have like 40 video files
    that i cut the beginning minute, and last 10 seconds off of the videos. i am using windows movie
    maker to do this in, and well i just finished cutting all of the files, and i went to play them....
    and like the first half is absoloutly fine, but the second half, the audio gets all out of sync with
    the video it is about a second behind the video. any ideals on how i can fix this? maybe i need to
    re-encode all of the files again, or somthing else, i dont know plz help /biggr....

    Ok, well i found this place online that you can download movies after you pay for the,. and from
    this place, i bought....and downloaded The Matrix Revolutions, and it is fully downloaded, but it is
    in a .cue format, meaning it is The_Matrix_Revoloutions.cue and well it wont open for me in
    windows media player, and i dont have any other players, so i was wondering if anyone on here knew
    of a program, or softwear that is free that will be ablt to play this extenction....

    Just ten minutes ago. I have installed the new flash player ( 8.0r24 )on my system. This is a
    ActiveX Control for IE. But what it said was "failed to register component flash.ocx". What's
    wrong? After a search of www.adobe.com. A tech. note tell the true what's happen. There are some
    issue with new flash player that will fail the installation. You have to download a flash player

    this is a huge file. 22.9 Mb to be exact. So it took me about 2 and a half hours to download. Now,

    I currently have Itunes WMP and Real Player installed on my PC. Out of all of them I would have to
    say Itunes is the best, It does everything good, and it's very organzied. It also burns CDs
    really good, I've never had a problem there, the only thing I wish it had was a libary more like

    Four days ago I formatted my computer and have been installing all of my applications. I went to the
    Macromedia site and installed flash player, and the movie is shown saying that it has installed
    succesfully. However, if I go to a website that hosts flash player 8 content, It usually does not
    display correctly and it tells me to go download the new player. No matter how many times I
    re-install the player through the Macromedia website it does not "take". Any Ideas? Is there
    anywhere I can get Flash Player 8 from as a .exe I can run and install? Thanks in advance.....

    Player. Winamp, I used it to play songs. It is easy to use and simple. You can have a movie on
    Winamp too but it is a bit hard (for me) to use through Winamp and play the movie. When you play
    songs you have adjust a sound too, or tune it.....
