I got a call in the morning today... and I had to rush to the hospital. his brain has stopped responding. Heart is beating though... Almost every body actions are now operated by machines.. We are contacting as many neuro-surgeons possible. I guess, nothing much can be done now.. and Doctors too have relaxed their hopes. God, this is soooo painful and hurting! I don't know what to do. I have to run back to hospital again .. bye..

Oh man that can't be good. Hopefully he can pull through and make it for atleast a few more months. My friend had brain damage once and wasn't really fully there. He couldn't speak and barely move but he started to make progress but then things started to not look good and he passed away but atleast we were able to communicate with him for a while after the nerve exploded.

Hopefully everything turns out ok. I will keep him in my prayers.

Derek is not only OpaQue's best friend, but he is also a server admin for Xisto Corporation.

My utmost sincere prayers for Derek and a speedy recovery at the time of this hardship. I pray that his family's strength will overcome everything when all possible outcome may seem desolate.

Yes, be strong, OpaQue. The worst things can happen at the most least expected times, but you have to keep faith in that everything will turn out alright. Because miracles happen when the people are strong-willed.

Just remember that he is still alive and is likely to stay alive, and let your friendship for him keep you strong. Grieving only makes things worse, so try to keep calm.

That is so sad to hear. I really hope your friend pulls through. And I wish his family the best in this time of tradegy. Its very hard when you see someone you love amd car about go through a hard time such as this. I will keep you and his family in my prayers. and always know that God is watching over him and with his mercy and grace your friend Derek will pull through.

be strong,you can't give up on him now. you will see that everything it's going to be ok. and if something happens, remember that sometimes it's better to leave then to stay here and suffer so don't be sad,when the time is right,things will solve the best way they can. but have faith,we are all praying for him.
