Best Free Web Photo Gallery / Animated Gif Editor

Is anyone able to suggest a decent, free web gallery creater in flash that makes nice looking stuff without "free trial" printed all over the finished product...? I know there must be one or two decent ones out there but it is a jungle smile.gif.

Also any suggestions on a free editor / creater for animated gifs that is quality material tongue.gif

any suggestions greatly appreciated

    I always have been using PSP, so now with the new version I switched to that one and wanted to
    install two plugins...but the problem is that I can't install any plugins in it. I install them
    in the correct file and yet PSP goes totally bananas and shuts itself down after opening. The
    previous versions had no problems with this whatsoever. So is this version not capable of having
    the current plugins yet or did I miss something what I should know? (I had to format my computer
