I was using Kaspersky but I've changed to AVG 7.5 it seems good antivirus

I personally use NOD32 and never had a virus on my computer since I have it, because it has Active protection and protects me from Spyware and Viruses. When I enter the wrong site which tries to download something harmfull even when I use FF to be more safe, it just pops out with a message and I can stop the threat. It has also very fast virus scanning engine and has one of the best results in antivirus tests. I definitely recommend this software.

I was using Kaspersky but I've changed to Mcafee 2007, and it is alot better than kaspersky with a lower load. the reason why i changed to Mcafee is becouse i had Kaspersky running on my computer and it did not protect my computer fully aginst viruos's torjans etc, but with Mcafee been using it for 3 months and so far so good. Mcafee also updates it self, it keeps updating once in a while, so that it well stay up to date with every kind of virous's and torjans. and i highly recommend Mcafee 2007 due to its great protection.

I use NOD32, and I think compared to the other well-known antivirus software, it is the most lightweight. And I feel that. I have used Norton AntiVirus, but it is too heavy, and it's eating up the system's resources. The same is the Kaspersky. I never had viruses with the other two, but with NOD also I'm free of infections. So I decide to stay with NOD32. Also it has a big forum with support in Bulgaria

Nod32 Is the best antivirus out there! It has heaps of awards and I have had no issues what-so-ever with it. It is brilliant.

I have been using Avg for over the past 4 years and iam satisfied with its performance. I do regular updates, so i don have any problems. For more about AVG ... http://www.grisoft.com/

Definatly AVG. Because its such a good AV and it updates everyday so you KNOW your protected. It gives you alerts when theres high danger worms and viruses out there and is free!

Nod32 have quick feedback for virus pattern that i've submitted to them.....and i really like this one...

I use NOD32 for anti-virus and I find it to be one of the most lightweight. As for its ability to catch viruses, it never allowed one to enter the system (3 years). As for firewalls, I use BlackICE, which is quite light and its configuration is pretty straightforward. I do not use application protection software (I've got the one that comes with BlackICE disabled), since all such utilities are extremely heavyweight.

Your view on it (12) i find norton anti virus to be more of a hassle than anything on my system. i currently have it
disabled because of the constant warnings and 'tips' it 'provides'. i have talked
with other people about this, and have set up someones new computer that they have little knowledge

changed? it happened to me... but i found a program that completes my anti-virus, a kind of
"Settings Firewall". every time anything is changed (desktop, internet conections, startup) it warns
you and let you decide to allow or reset the change. It has a sort of usefull tools to keep your
computer running well and it also block "web bugs". this is good because if your antivirus fails,
GSH will catch all the changes a virus/trojan does to your computer and let you reset them.....

(5) Anyone got that W32.Bagel virus yet? Supposably its spreading through Canada and U.S. Its pretty
vicous (smart setup tho). It makes files that sound like adult material and it puts them in folders
containing "shar". What that does it it puts those files that have the worm in them and those
folders containing "shar" like My Shared Folder, Shared Downloads, etc, the folders for programms
like kazaa and limewire, people download those files thinking they are downloading adult material,
but they just get the worm, and then it happens all over again.....
