Banner Exchange

Well, once again I am here requesting help for my website. Previously I was looking for a site
banner for my Volkswagen website VW One but now I have another site to work on which is Handy PHP
. Handy PHP is just what it sounds like, a website for sharing PHP resources with anyone that
visits. Among the featured content of the website is Handy PHP Tutorials and Handy PHP Functions
that I have written. I have designed the website using teal which is what I'll be sticking

I've tried for a few days already to remove the .tk banner. Every links in .TK works except when
I press the submit button to remove the banners, it states server error.. Is anyone experiencing
the same problem ? Or is it .TK using this method to stop people from removing banners so in the
sense to make themselves innocent...?...

I've heard about this a while ago but I forgot where. I would to monitor the number of clicks of
a certain banner. This is so I can see how much traffic is coming from where and what banner. So
each time a banner is clicked it will be counted somewhere, and I can see how clicks that banner has
altogether. Does anyone know how or where I can do this?...
