| | Currently my cpanel bandwidth is not counting anything! And while I am quite happy to keep this option... (unlimited bandwidth) I have a feeling that bandwidth IS getting registered somewhere, but I am not getting it recorded in my cpanel.

i also have this problem, it would be very nice if it is not getting counted at all, thank you trap17 lol. but seriously whats the deal. not thats it a bad deal lol

I think that I entered the cpanel two days ago and it marked 0... but I thought it was just some kind of delay, but I've checked it again right now that I read this post and it's still the same. I don't think there would be any problema as trap17 is generous with the bandwidth but it's true that when some weird thing like this happens some of us fear for the worst to happen.  It's a syndrome that every webmaster has, I guess...

The information in the Control Panel sidebar is not updated very often. Couple times a month only. For more accurate information, go to the Web Stats link at the Cpanel main page and click on Awstats. Those stats are more detailed and likely within 24 hours. Also, if you have Sub-domains activated, there is another link on the Cpanel Main page to see their stats.

I believe the Web Stats are malfunctioning, causing the rest of stats to show zero in bandwidth usage. In any case, your bandwidth will not run out unless you actually go over your plan's limit. You can see the rough usage by going to BANDWIDTH icon under your cpanel. In the mean time, support will be made of this report. Thank you.

Hello, I have asked OpaQue to look into this issue. He is currently not at his work station but will be there soon. I am sorry about all this inconvenience. Also let me know if there are any more errors so that I can report all the bugs at once to prevent any more damage  Recently a member's site did not get unsuspended even though he got the credits I unsuspended it for him , did anybody else have that problem? If yes then please post the problem here. Thank you

At the moment, only the AW stats work, when you click update: the "Bandwidth" link still says I hav used none, but this may change if it is linked o the AW stats, I'll let you know if anything changes Thanks for the feedback though, as you said, I can use AW stats, to check how much I am using, so I am not as worried as before

Fantastico And Cpanel Skin Problem.
(1) I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed
from rvblue to somethiong better, say the one I had before? I think it was called cpanel mod x3 or

Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel
(0) Not sure what the issue is. I cannot even load up any of the cpanel's to allow me to put in a
password. I have tried the link that is located in the Credit System 2.0 I have tried the links
with subdomain/cpanel I have tried the links with subdomain:2082 All 3 of these just give page

Unable To Replace .png File In Directory
Can't even delete it using Cpanel (7) I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I
reload my site it's still there. Then I go back to the file manager and go up a level, then back
and WOOP! There it is! I'm beyond frustrated here. What is going on?....
Cpanel Help, Trouble Logging In.
Cannot login as it states "Login Attempt Failed!" (4) Before I was able to login within my Cpanel without problem but now I try to login and it states
"Login Attempt Failed!" which makes no sense. I made sure nothing was written incorrectly within

the HTML editor on computinghost is long gone. The cPanel is the newer version but as always newer
isn't always better. So what if they have a new cpanel (ensim did the same thing)…the fact is
they left old software on for years when much newer and more secure versions are ready. Hell, php6
is about to come out. So in two years plesk, cpanel and ensim will finally go to php6 when php 8 is
available. Just the inablilty to apply security patches alone is enough to nev....

(3) hey guys, its starting to irritate me how my computer is somewhat dumb...I don't know if its
something I did or what, but maybe somebody can help. I go to my cpanel, from any link I try it says
internet explorer cannot find page or whatever the heck it says...but wait....i go to my

The Capitalization Filter
Problems with it (0) I've noticed that on a lot of topics, The topic's title has been maimed a little, like in
the case of "Guitar Hero Iii" or "Php And Mysql Question". The current world filter decapitalizes
all but the first letter of the word, which is capitalized. This is a problem, and although the
capitalization filter is good, I've proposed a few corrections: 1. For words that begin with a
capitalized letter, do not change the word. 2. Notwithstanding item 3, for the words, "the", "and",

Strange Site Problems
(2) This morning i ran out of credits, but I immediately got them back up to 7. All day I've been
trying my site, and it keeps timing out, and on the odd occasion comes up with a MySQL error. I was
just able to login to my cpanel, and my space usage was 550mb. Yesterday is was approximately 256mb,
and i didnt upload anything. I had to delete files to get it back down to 470, but I cant find what
has made it so big. Now I get a MySQL error on my forum. What do I do?....

What Parts Of Cpanel Do You Use?
(8) I just got my hosting account yesterday and after getting everything set-up I was looking through
the CPanel and the Fantastico package. With half a dozen choices for chat, bulletin boards and

Problems With Ftp Access
(1) Well topic title says its all I have problem with ftp access to my account here on trap17 so if
anyone has experienced similar issues lately. The problem is when I try to log on it disconnects me
from the server. I am using filezilla however I have tried to access trough file manager and it
works fine though it is not the same protocol. I must admit I have deleted some folders recently
