| | I thought I let anyone know that is looking at electronics especially laptop computers and stuff like and so what do you get for this package deal? Well I tell you 1 Compaq Presario laptop with a 80Gb hard drive, Vista operating system (most likely Home Premium), a printer, a wireless Wi-Fi router, Norton Anti virus software for just $300. Also to let people know whoa are Best Buy shoppers that they are selling Gateway computers for $300 as well, and on top of that the OLPC computers are just $188 instead of the $188 instead of the $400 price tag that comes with getting these two computers, i think.
Of course I wouldn't doubt that these are old models since they made mention that laptops are just breaking the $500 dollar barrier right now, but I wouldn't be surprise if you see a lot of promotions and stuff like that this year. |

Buying Laptop, What Brand Is The Best For Me?
Please help. (19) Ok so here's the deal. I'm getting a laptop really soon (this month) and I want to know what
brand is the best. Mac is out of the question and Im not to big on DELL. I will be doing ALOT of
graphics and animation so I need something that will be powerful in those areas and I will be doing
home work on it as well. I also need it to last a long time. I have alot of animals so it needs to

Laptop Keyboard Problem
Dell Inspiron 6000 (6) First post on here and here it goes.... I got a laptop the "A" button now doesn't work. I pryed
off the black top to check if any dirt or liquid is under there and cleaned it put it back on and it
still doesn't work. I ordered a keyboard for my laptop off ebay. Now how exactly do i take off

Very Slow Upload Speeds With Router :(
Etech ADSL Modem Router (2) I recently bought an E-Tech ADSL Modem Router, I think I have configured everything as it should be.
If I download a file the speed is OK, but if I upload a file the speeds drop to arround 10 kb/s
while they where arround 50 kb/s before I got the modemrouter /sad.gif' border='0'

Problem With Printer
Everything is in the German language (1) I have a printer and for some strange reason when i installed it i think i accidentally clicked for
it to be in the German language, now im having a printing problem but dont know what the problem is
since the instructions are in German. I went to "my computer" and deleted the software, but the
printer still is in the german language and i dont know how to change it. Does anyone know how i can
completely remove the printer from my computer and then i want to reinstall it again in the english
language?....

Help me decide between two latops? (7) I am not sure which one of the following Dell Laptops to get. Im not sure if I should the 700m, the

Goods and Bads (1) BT VOYAGER 2100 (WIRELESS ROUTER) the Bt Voyager 2100 is a good piece of kit and a lot better than
belkin Wireless routers. The minimun speed i would advise to work at is a BT BroadBand Connection
of 512kb (thats minimum) In the 2100 package from pcworld you usually get a wireless router box
with two aerials, you also get a Pci card that plugs into a usual computer with an aerial and you
also get a Bt card to slide into a laptop. The frequency and the connection is rather good. You can
take the laptop into the garden and still use it... If you wanted to know more go....
