Army System Glitch?

I dont know if this is posted somewhere else or has already been discovered but i encountered a small glitch. Shown here. Basically my weapon str is high than it should be, again i dont know if this is a glitch or suppose to have that but here it is.

i also have that "glitch" in my armory inventory. but i've been upped with just 1 strength. smile.gif you have +4. biggrin.gif
