i love the bar thing that apple computers have. the thing where the icons magnify when u highlite them. Linux is good because everything is user customizable and its free!

ya, FACT1: Did you know, Macintosh was the first OS that has it's GUI not interpreting the interface with the commands line by line? FACT2: Linux is the only OS with it's GUI still using line by line. xboxrulz

You can only consider MacOS if you have a Mac. It does not run on PCs. When it comes to PCs, I stick to Linux or BSD systems. There are many flavours to chose from: www.slackware.com www.linux-mandrake.com www.suse.com www.debian.com etc. www.openbsd.org www.freebsd.org www.netbsd.org If you don't use some particular app like AutoCAD on daily bases, it is really better. It is safer, more stable, and quite fast even on old computers.

I myself would never even considering buying a mac, because most games and software aren't made for them. It's like buying Ferrari Enzo, and every street in your town is 25 MPH. PCs are great because you can have Windows (compatible with basically everything) and Linux.

my friend was a windows user, switched to apple, then switched to windows again after 4 - 6 months I think Linux is better then mac. And i use both windows and linux!

(8) Well I wasn't really expecting this at or at least for the most part so soon, but he Safari
browser for windows just got it's first patched after being on the windows market in 3 days.
Note that this article was posted on Thursday and I just seen it for the first time. Anyways the
first patch fixes three flaws that were found, however, another security guy mentions he found 10
vulnerabilities in the browser and so expect to see another patch in next few days or next couple of
weeks. Of course they were quick to burn Apple without really test the browser before....

hack and mod a apple TV, they were able to upgrade fro mthe 40gb hard drive and also have SSH
enabled as well. But from one user who was able to modified his apple TV, he mentioned that

Some New Apple Ipods Contain A Virus From Windows!
(7) Here is the deal. I got this video ipod recently and it turns out that it had a worm on it. I was
only one fo the few but it did have one. The virus is called RavMonE Virus. Here is a link to find
out more about it. more info It doesn't affect macs only windows based computers. I plugged
it up to the computer and my antivirus detected a worm and I was very surprised. I did some
research and it turns out that some contracted company who builds the ipods for apple had computers
connected to the ipods and they had been infected. These computers were windows....
