If your country support checks, then you could sign up for Google Adsense. It's very profitable if your site has a lot of content. I'm making around 10 bucks a day with Google.
You dont need paypal to do some stuff online with money
 you can use a credit card, paypal is a busniss and they jsut want to steal you  nah, but if you use a credit card you dont have to pay cash to paypal, as i believe paypal gets bit money , profit.
