I actually went back from 7 to 6 with no problem. I just uninstalled 7 and it installed 6 back. I have had no problems with it. I uninstalled 7 from my desktop but it's on my laptop for testing my sites. I don't use it much, but it looks nicer then 6. Nothing that great other then tabs though.... read more.
Hmm, apart from the fact the Internet Explorer just plain sucks? It's ok.... ish, but I only use it to test the compatibilty of my webpages. I use Firefox 2.0 and Opera most of the time, but for IE only applications etc.. I'll use IE.
There are bound to be a few problems with the release of a new version of a browser, hence Beta testing... However, not all of the bugs are always found. And I've never quite been sure about downgrading browsers myself... My only advice is to download Firefox for you personal computer... You can find it Here. Whatever happens... Good luck! I have it, it worked fine for a while, but then started getting slower and slower untill it really was boring waiting for a new tab to be opened, the "options" menu to be displayed .....
Now i just use firefox 2.0 
Might be interested in a Topic from our 'sister' Forum, Astahost. There appears to be an issue with Password Manager in both Fx2.0 and IE7. Patches are forthcoming, as I understand it.

Definatly ++ Just go get Firefox. It's a lot safer and much more standards compliant. Not to mention then your not supporting proprietary software. Open source is always the best. If you ask me, IE7 is just a bloated version of IE6. Yeah, it's a tiny bit safer and a tiny bit more standards compliant, but it's slower. And uglier. I find it way harder to use than even IE6. They aren't putting the important stuff in thew toolbar. It's all hidden in menus and options *if it's there at all.* Not to mention FF2.0 has built in spellcheck.

My primary browser is still Firefox, I downloaded IE 7 for the sake of seeing how much better have they made it. But when I opened IE 7, I was in the shock of my life, the toolbars are arranged in such a disgusting way, totally un-user friendly, and I was already pissed. On top of that, when you want to close a tab, you have to click on that specific tab before clicking on the [x]. However alternatively, you can click the middle button on your mouse to close the tab. The point is that IE 7 is so un-user friendly that I do not even want to touch it. Firefox is still the best browser on the net, end of story
Two words - It Lags. One reason why i still prefer using Firefox.
I have just installed it with a 'Windows Update' a few hours ago.

No problems with IE 7 and i like it. First of all, i only use firefox to test my webpages since i know people use it. However, when i tried using it first of all it was slower than IE. Secondly, many pages did not appear right in it and that was annoying. I know you can install useful plugins for it an dit was good for developer tools but IE 7 has them too and i like their tools better. No problems with IE 7 and it is nice
I have IE 7 and I have never seen any problems atleast that have come to my attention, and I heard that they have just released another version of IE, and also I was just wondering has anyone heree upgraded and if so what are the noticeable changes that weere made from version 7 to the new one, also are these changes even noticeable or are these changes more for security issues..
and if so why dont they just send updates that will automatically update the version on their own
hi , when i install ie 7 my Babylon dic doesn't working with ie7 but when unistalled ie7 my Babylon dic runing in normal
I've used IE7. I found it okay, but a bit slower than my Firefox. Firefox is so much better than IE! IE7 had nothing that Firefox didn't have already ages ago.
