So I just read some journal entries about people who believe they have gone through bad times. I got a few choice words for you. Be glad that you don't have the things over your head that I have. I repent for the things I did everyday as I see them cross my eyes over and over every day of my life. I can't even begin to word and write about the *BLEEP* I did openly illegaly and hurtfully. I don't claim to be a good person, I'm probably one of the worst people that could possibly be under the age of 20. But I am still here and I am trying to make my life better. I have a girlfriend who is homeless and has been since she was the age of 13. Did she do things that other girls look down upon. YES! did she do things that most people look down upon.. HELL YES! did she do things that I didn't do.. *BLEEP* NO! when you are on the street, you do what you need to do to survive til the next day. *BLEEP* you people who are so *BLEEP*ing high and uppitty that say, " Oh she culd have gone to the gov for $$$ and help.." trust me.. we have and they haven't helped her at all this whole year and 4 monthes that I have known her. All I am trying to say is that we have all gone though bad times. Some worse than others and some take things differently because of the person they are. I'm not saying that is bad, but realize that the world isn't that bad. America isn't that bad. Stop bashing America and life itself. yeah we got issues wrong, but *BLEEP* every country does. We are the only country where you can go to school and work adn earn your own. Bullshit to the UK, to Europe, to Canada.. damn your socialisitic economic systems where you got homeless people who possibly could make the same as someone who works their asses off. But I am tired of United States people trouncing this country and touting others as wonderful when they have never lived there nor even tried to live there. I am tired of having to defend the U.S.A. which has given me more opportunities than when I was in France, Germany, and Canada and really did make a valiant effort to create a job for myself. I have been to Europe. It is one of the best. This whole world isn't bad and I didn't mean to make it sound so. I believe though that people need to realize that most of Europe is socialistic meaning that if you are "homeless" then you'll not have to deal with some of the bull *BLEEP* here yes.. but at the same time you can't earn as much as the United States allows. Neither is good nor bad, I just wish people would recognize the different between Capitolism and Free Market (the whole world works on free market ie you give a service you get paid, but in Socialistic economies you have to pay higher tax and have really no representation of it the way the USA is claimed to not show but actually does. My apologies to my world friends including the European ones because I know they live in a great continent and I dearly didn't mean to write badly about it but I had to due to the anger that this post was created upon. Thank you] So guess what people? wake up and realize that we all go through bad times and I am gladly open to talk about them but don't *BLEEP* like it is the end of the world. I have been to the end. I have been incarcerated and been in solitary confinement in a little 3foot by 3 foot box with no lights and only one peice of bread and 3 cups of water all of that time. That is the *BLEEP*ing the end of the world. When I came out, I was harder, I was smarter, I was better than ever. I smiled and laughed on my way back to my cell. Now I'm almost 20 and I am working to get my gf and me off our "bad" lives and into our own home ^^ It'll be so great  I am taking almost 20 units in college (over full time student), I am going to have 2 jobs, I am going to be tutoring and then being a night bouncer. When am I going to sleep? probably never but that is ok. It is worth it. Legit life is feels so good now.. god sometimes I feel the air and feel so great because I remember when I missed it and why I made the stupid choices I did and why people did things to me that hurt me to the point that I had no choice but to actually kill myself. twice now. I have been legally dead twice, but hell I came back. So point of this journal entry... look across the way from where you are. See the word LIFE.. and you know what you do.. you flick it off and say *BLEEP* YOU, YOU CAN'T MAKE ME QUIT.. EVER!! ++ on a side note, this has garnered more than 30 responses so far in my livejournal. So yeah ^^ please understand I am not trying to trounce on any other country nor spill that the USA is perfect, the basic idea is this is how can someone say something is bad if they have never tried it?

Well that was interesting to read. You are right on a lot of points. There are many other people that have had worse experiences than us. Even you, I'm pretty sure someone has experienced something far far worse than you have, but to you, that was completely horrible, and you can see nothing else that could be worse. ..No matter what happens, what we need to do with our experiences is learn from them, no matter how bad it is, if it's just don't step on a needle, or don't try pick up that cat that is foaming at the mouth, we all need to learn. We all need to come out of things better, as you said you have. As I have out of the minor things, compared to yours, that I've came out of smarter. If someone doesn't come out of it with something good, then it was a waste of time and could ultimately repeat itself.

Well, a socialist economic system would mean there wouldn't be any large enterprises in private ownership, enterprises and real estate is owned by the public or at least the people who live/work there. i kinda skimmed thro the rant and didnt read replies so this might be answered already but how does this guy pay for internet and then complain about his gf not having money or him at one point? insted of internet why doesnt he take the 30$ or w/e a month and give it to his gf so she can try and get a job.. or eat... or something. if his parents pay for it y not ask for like 20$ insted of the internet and give it to his girlfriend.. sell his computer... i dunno just some ideas

Is that so? How hard and smartly you work? Give me a break. Please don't feed us the same crap that they're feeding you. Most of the owners of those giant companies do very little work and get a massive percentage of the profits. Yes, that's working for your pay. Bull. So, if in these "socialistic" nations a homeless person can make as much as a middle-class person, that means America is a "capitalistic" nation in which the majority of the poor stay poor, even if they do work hard, and where the rich stay rich. The USA is a country one in it's own. The only country in which a draft doger can become president and a veteran will live in a box. No nation will be perfect but america is the closets one to being perfect. We have fought for both our freedom and that of others many times. We have liberated two countries of leaders that were both detremental to themselves and to us in the US. Also France owes its country to us. Had we not came into the WWII France would just be a name in the history book. Voting is a wonderful right. To bad the rest of the world doesn't have the ability to vote because i bet the world would be a better place and everyone would finally have a saw in what there country did. Politics suck. To many lies on both sides but it is better than being told as a nation that one person is in power that his family will forever be in power and that there is nothing you can do about it. I am really thinking that out of context you all live in the US and probably are not aware that we are one of the richest nations and have the lowest unemployment rate in the entire world. Yeah I realize that the US has problems. No I do not have monetary issues. I live quite well thank you. No I really don't get any money from my parents less $50 a month to pay for the cell phone my dad wants me to use. Yeah I realize that in some places, there are more job opportunities but here where my gf and I live there aren't due to it being a very tourist based community. Most of your comments on this are based upon your realization of celebrities and those put in the media. I was talking about how someone ie Bill Clinton can come from nothing and work his way tup to beign the god damn president. No where else in the world can you truly do that. I am going to go out on a limb here and say none of you have ever been to the UK. The UK is a socialistic system. My Rant On Video Formats And Compatibility

Ok, well recently i bought a DVD Burner, and it works fine all to say, but i never knew that the DVD
Roms had to be a certian format (DVD+R or DVD-R)so i had to buy the correct format of the roms, then
i didn't know that the video that i wanted to burn to the DVD had to be a special format (.avi,
.mpeg, etc...) so now i have to go through this whole conversion process, then i have to make sure

When I was in Elementary School, I was told that if I got a 4.0 in high school, colleges would look

Dental Charges

I’ve just had some dental work done – three sessions which was one root canal, one seemingly useless
session to scrape out some more of the gunk in the canal and replace the temporary filling and
finally, one white filling because my dentist totally talked me out of having an amalgam filling.
