Well, some people have to be like 8 or 9 hours a day sitting in front of the computer and then at night at home do it again for a while (or watch Tv that it´s not too different). Computer it´s not gonna kill you but you should do other things, outdoors, specially while you are still a student. Maybe in some years you won´t be able to. You should worry more about your sight than your figure or physical health.

You're not real specific on what you eat - how processed/refined is what you eat, what proportions of protein, carbs, vege/fruit, fibre do you eat? What do you drink - water, juice, soda? What are the typical meals and snacks you eat every day? The reason I ask this is because diet has a huge effect on your health. You could exercise 3 hours a day but still be unhealthy because of poor diet. Also what kind of exercise are you doing - low/medium/high/maximal impact? (maximal means exercising virtually to the point of collapse). And what kind of machine is it?

About your diet and fysical health you do sound healthy! But I don't think sitting behind the computer for such a long time will make you unhealthy orsomething. It DOES effect you social life ofcourse! So maybe if you think what you are doing is wrong somehow, maybe you should go out more and socialise? Keep you friends contacted? Only if you think Im kinda right ofcourse! If you just have a good social life just like you need, then everything is okay right! You do fysical actions and you eat good! It sounds like you are doing very good?

You seem pretty healthy, you do get enough excercise, you don't just eat junk food, but are you eating right? You been only eating meat, and wheat? So how about fruits and vegatables? You need some of those... and lots and lots of water is good! And playing on the computer for that long ruins your eyes, that's why I wear glasses and its really not a good thing. It doesn't necessary effect your social life in a negative way or anything. There is a thing called Msn messener, AIM, Yahoo messenger, and etc. That's where I mostly talk to my (offline) friends anyways.

Professional Dental Cleaning Is Advisable For Good And Healthy Teeth
(0) Dental health is as important as general health. We must take care of our teeth because we are
provided with only one natural set. Proper dental care and hygiene can keep teeth healthy for a
lifetime. Dental plaque is a soft, sticky, colorless film of bacteria that is formed on the teeth.
The bacteria multiply rapidly in this film and can cause infections. The dental plaque has to be
removed within 10-14 hours by brushing or else it hardens to form calculus or tartar. Once formed,
calculus cannot be removed by normal brushing but has to be removed by scaling by a denti....
Healthy Cooking
(0) QUOTE Welcome to Healthy Cooking I would like to thank all who have been adding to the richness
of this group with your contributions. It is fun the way we work together sharing recipes, tips and

any recipe as there are people. There is no right or wrong way but we can enjoy learning each
