| | I've been posting and p[osting so that I could get 30 credits and requiest for a free Web Hosting Account and now when I clikc the link that Buffalohelp sent me and after he approved of my request I am now having problems in Xisto.
It keeps telling me that my Username and Password are invalid.
can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong??? |

the link is http://trap17.com/process correct? then you are clicking create a hosting account? then in the first field, you are entering your forum username "Robbie Rotten" exactly as that with no quotation marks? then you are entering the domain name that you own with its nameservers pointed at trap17, or you are choosing a trap17.com sub-domain? Then you are entering in the username and password, the username should be the exact same as the one you put into the free web-hosting request form.. which was "Robbie" exactly as that! then you are entering a password, and that can be whatever it is you want it to be? im just checking to make sure you are doing all of this...

anymore, i mean, i thought the hosting terminated at neg 30? and i had a free domain, so i lost a

I Can't Login With Firefox And Other Problems
(7) I am having a problem: When trying to login with firefox, I just can't, it takes me back to the
login page without being loged in. I am wondering why? Plus while logging in with IE6, The forums
main page is always displayed the same. Not even the forum but the whole forum. I can't see my
posts nor my credits. And PMs inclueded. I tried deleting all offline pages, setting up the cookies
and deleting all my history sites, but none of this work. Perhaps it's because I newly installed
Google Web accelerator. I don't need it, so I am thinking of uninstalling i....

Help Im Having Problems With The Hosting
Admin please help me! (5) Im posting this here because when I try to post in the hosted memebrs area I get"The error returned
was: Sorry, you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum" now my problem is that I got
approved and then I went the the process thing and went through the account creation process and the
screen where its teling you the progress of your account but mine stuck at waiting for reply for
like 10 mins so I just closed the browser geussing it wasn't gonna work and I went through the
process again and then it gave me an error telling me my account was already in ....

Trap17 Problems (down) (6) Has anyone noticed that trap17.com seems to be down a lot or not enough bandwidth? I was just
posting a long comment in anther section and clicked post.. well guess what it said host not
found.. then i hit back and my WHOLE post was gone. Not even my credits went up. There have
numerous times I tried to access trap17 and get host not found. Whats the deal with this place.
You need to increase your bandwidth. This has become unreliable and I'm ready to start looking
elsewhere unless the problem can be corrected Anyone else see the same problems?....
Problems With "quote"
(4) Okay when i am trying to quote someone, it doesnt let me i click quote then i hear like a clicking
sound then i hit add reply and it doesnt quote it so i have to copy the post i am quoteing then
reply to it and its annoying and sometimes i mess up on quoteing....

specified information".....i put in the correct username, password, and the localhost thing....but

Problems Activating Hosting Account
username and password invalid (10) I just got the email to start my trap17 site. I clicked on the link to
http://www.trap17.com/process/ and filled out all of the appropriate information. My username
was 8 characters, no special characters. My subdomain was re-atum, as edited from my forum handle
since they don't allow the underscore. I don't know what is going on, and hopefully someone

I've Experienced Some Problems In Trap17
please advise me (3) Hi, My website has been hosted by trap 17. So as a condition, I have to be an active member of the
forum. That's fine usually. However, I've recently encountered a problem ie. I can't
access trap17 website to post my comment. In other words, when I tried to enter into trap17
website, my screen showed a messge 'this page cannot be displayed'. It happened for quite a
few times. And then, of course, my website has sometimes been suspended because of this. HAs anyone
experienced the same proble? Maybe it's because I'm in Bangkok now for holida....

Mysql Problems....
(4) Is MySQL currently working proper? Well, my site seems to be down because of it. and went to my

Session terminates too quickly (2) Although I'm doing some tweaking, I have finally got just about everything down in developing a
login feature to my website, but just one problem. The session terminates too quickly. For
instance, someone will be instructed to login, and after browsing a couple pages, it'll come up
again that the user is not logged in. In addtion, this occurs frequently but not all the time.
What can I do that will eliminate this inconvience to my viewers?....
Problem With Ftp Accounts
Problems with created accounts (5) I'm having some trouble with created FTP accounts, and anonymous FTP. When I try to access one
of the created accounts, I get an authentication error. I also can't get files to show up in
anonymous FTP (I don't have any in the public_ftp folder right now, but I have had, and it
