I got about 4/5 of the way through Mommie Dearest before I threw it across the room. I know the poor girl had a hard life and her mother was horrible to her but it just seemed like "my famous mother is dead and now I am going to make a few bucks" Maybe I was in a bad mood that day.

Or maybe the book was giving you a bad mood. Sometimes that happens to me and them I totally go off the book and never wnat to see it again. I was like that when I read Harry Potter :: The Chamber Of Secrets (Book 1) I got to page 2 and never read it again.

I'd have to say A Handmaid's Tale. I don't even know who the author is, anymore. It's basically a rip-off of Orwell's 1984, except it revolves around more sexist issues. Horrendous, disturbing, and overall, a very unsatisfying read. Be warned, people. NEVER READ THIS BOOK!

Hmmm, Why the cage bird sings and/or Cold sassy tree...Once i finished with them at school...I took them out in my garage...got my home made Squirtgun flame thrower out....and torched it. Although I love books and literally have my own library...I could not stand those 2 books...

My all-time worst book was Tuck Everlasting. The flesh was decent, but it was a romantic tragedy, and the ending SUCKED!!!!! Urgh... The whole thing could have been WAY better! it just wasn't any good...

It was this romance I borrowed not very long ago. And ugh it was terrible! It was set back in the day (1600's) and this man (bad word) this woman and she fell in love with him and they married happily. So stupid. Put me in a terrible mood. And give romances a bad name.

Anything by Charles Dickens gives me the runs. Yeah, yeah, literary master, yada yada yada... he can't even describe blinking without taking up 4 and a half paragraphs. I know that he was paid by magazines per word, but that's still no excuse to milk Tiny Tim's death for every drop he could. Sheesh! He could learn a thing or two from Hemingway or Carver.

There are so many who swear by Paul Coelho's boks - but to me, they are one hell I would rather not get into - I tried to suffer through 11 Minutes and the Devil and Miss prym...but alas! All in vain.

Ok, I am an English major, and therefore a literature nerd, so I have a general appreciation for all books. The only book, however, that I have ever started reading and was unable to finish was Grapes of Wrath. Now, apparently it's a classic and I do know people who love the book, but I was still bored about 100 pages into it, and felt there was still no developing plot. So, if it is worth reading for the end, someone is going to have to let me know because there is no way I'm picking that one up again--Grapes of Wrath gets my vote for worst book ever.

I'm usually very careful about what i read. I dont read a book unless I'm quite sure that I'll like it......There was this one book which i picked just because it was a book by mario puzo and that it was a best seller. It's called ' The Family' I read the whole book but it was kinda boring and it was very slow....

I borrowed this book called a Legacy of Hate. Forgot the author name, but it was some Irish soap opera story about how a horrible but beautiful woman seduced some guys which led to a legacy of hate and chaos for the next generation. It's full of crap.

(0) Here is MY review of this fantastic little clock that I got from China. I was a little worried
buying from a company that was all the way in China, www.LDUcompany.com but everything went real
well and may new clock was delivered in less time then they had said. I had first emailed them a few

really neat, every time you flip it on a different side it changes what it tells you and lights up

(5) On monday I experienced something that I haven't in a long time. Good customer service. I work

Firefox 3 Sucks - Time For Another Browser
(48) No seriously, I've been using Firefox since 0.x releases. I loved it. Every release, despite
having no huge features, was a great update. Version 3, however, totally messes everything up. Its
default interface is ugly. And no Home button, really ??? (ps. I kno i can drag it back from the
bookmarks toolbar but still, its stupid). The address bar search thing. I liked the concept, but I
am so used to the old way, this actually distracts me, I don't want to search my history

Series Of Unfortunate Events Book 13
(10) Well, the last book (or at least I'm assuming it will be the last) came out just about a week
ago. So far I have read about half of it and I must say it is very good. It's sad to see that
this will be the last one in the series. The Series of Unfortunate Events are one of the best series
ever. Hopefully Lemony Snicket comes out with something else. Anyways, I reccomend reading this
