Affiliate Programs - Are you using any?

I was wondering if any of you are using any affiliate programs. Click4click sounds good... If you do use one which one do you use? Also do you know some other ways I can get traffic to my soon-to-be-site?

What is your site going to be about? Who is it aimed at? Sometimes affiliate programs work well, but at other times you get people directed to your site from very different sites and so they don't stay to look round, or worse still, you get your visitors sent somewhere they don't want to go, and are put off your site as a result. If you do choose to use one, look very carefully at the other sites involved and make sure you are happy for the links to work both ways. Best of luck with the site though, I'm sure it will go well for you.

I use google as my ads but my whole site is nothing but affiliate programs. It depends on what your site is about. If there is someone selling something that has to do with your sites content its a pretty good bet that they have an affiliate program. You just have to find the link to it. Even if you dont see a link you can e amil them and ask.

My site is about personals and dating and nearly every link on my site leads you to a site that i am an affiliate of. So if you leave my site to go to another site i will still make money if they purchase something even if they dont come back to my site because some affiliate programs keep a cookie of people that came from your site.

About the traffic thing. Let me know what you find out because im new to the promotion side of things too.

Google Ads is simply the best way you can make money for free on your website I believe...

google adsense is the the only thing i know about too. http://google.com/adsense is the url i believe if you want to check it out.
