I'm using InvisionFree board... I wanna know what others think about other boards and their
reasons for it......

I hope this is the right place for this. I tried searching a couple of different ways, but
didn't find anything. I guess this would be for an admin, but if anybody knows the answer.... I
saw an e-book I wanted to download from the forum, everytime I try to, I get a board message telling
me something about I don't have access for this. What do I have to do to be able to download
attachments from the forums?...

I am going to get hosted again in the near future. i do not feel like going through that hassle of a
home page and stuff. I was wondering what is the best forum that can be installed from Fantastico in
the Cpanel. In your opinion which is the best. I have already tried phpbb and i liked it. But i
would also like to know about any other ones that might be good. If you have an example of one of

Hi, I've just created a new forum.. I've also create many test accounts to make sure my
groups are working with its permissions. Now these test accounts takes up "member number". When I
remove these test account, the "member number" don't seem to reset, instead it keeps raising..
So in the end, there's a huge gap in member number before the next real member. I'm
wondering anyone knows how to reset this member number thing so the gaps are removed. Board is
Invision version 1.3...

I am having issues with members joining my site. Some say they are not receiving the activation
email, some say they get it but cant login for the first time, others say they are getting nothing
but a blank page. Would a few of you mind having ago & tell me what happens? Fortunately the site
isnt live yet (im not actively after members just yet as it is far from finished) but id like to get
this sorted asap. The friends who have joined to test things are not experts in websites, & trying
to get an informed answer out of them about what is going wrong is a bit tricky. ...

Hello all, I will soon be looking at some paid web hosting. I loved every minute of being with
Trap17 and I would like to say that I will not be leaving the forums. I enjoy reading some of the
material on this site and I have adopted it as one of my often visited communities. Also, a big

The title and description of this topic should tell you my basic question, but it's never enough

moderators to lock a topic as they post. Saving the trouble of going back to it after posting.
The second allows you to move a topic at the same time as you lock it (ideal for account creators).

Might I make a suggestion regarding the recent partnership of Stoned Devil Inc. and Free Nuke
Hosting. My suggestion is that instead of having a forum at Free Nuke Hosting and a forum at
Stoned Devil Inc. why not just have the one? I feel that the larger community is here, at FNH
rather than at Stoned Devil Inc. Surely it would benefit both sites if the main area where

Hi. I am trying to import my messages from Netscape 7.2 Mail? How do I do this? I had tried
importing it from Outlook, XP Pro OS, using Netscape Navigator and Netscape V2 or V3 and browsed to
the Netscape mail folder but it can find it. I tried all subfolders but still can't see it. What
else can I do? thanks....
