It will probably fix itself. But this has never happened to me. Are you sure you were at least 1 day in credit?

You just need to get the same amount of negative score. So if you have -4 days, you need + 4 days. So just start posting. You keep everything, all files are saved.

Forbez is correct, and thats what I thought as well when I saw the amount of credits you have right now. Once you get out of the negative you need to wait one hour for your website to be activated once again. Slso a friendly reminder make sure to search the forums for topics related to your problem before posting them, since they will have the solution your looking for.

what you can also do is buy hosting credits and then not worry about it for a while.. thats what i do...

You must bring your hosting credits +4 or more and HOLD for that credit at least for 1 hour. Checking your hosting credits do not reveal you're at this stage. Please bring your hosting credits to minimum of 4 and hold it there. Report back to me if your account does not restore. Thank you.

i holded 4 credits for more then one hour. i had 4.8 credits, so i think they holded for more then one hour before going below 4. 0.8 * 24 = 19.2 hours . ok, i will try to make more then 5 credits today, so maybe you unsuspend my account if i hold more then 4 credits whole day.

At this time i have 4.8 credits, i think those credits should be enough to keep above 4 for at least an hour.

I think I may have the same exact problem, im suspended but have over 4 credits..IDK maybe it was juts my imagination of having over 4 credits...but my account is still suspended, this was a few days ago, maybe it was fixed by then but after the hour is up i'll edit if its fixed. edit: yes, over 4 credits and won't get me unsuspended :s

Gamma Servers' Problem
This topic is for all who have their account on Gamma Server & ha (1) Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ....

Problems Adding An Email Account
(3) Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel

I was approved but... (5) So, my hosting application was screened and approved about 5-6 days ago. My understanding is that I
then go to trap17.com/manage and then log in. I do this, and see a link "Check your Installation
Configuration (Important, if you have just activated your account)." When I click this, I get a page
that says that my account status is "NON-HOSTED." Am I doing something wrong? Did I forget to do

Help With Reactivating Suspended Account

cPanel issues and can't upload files (14) A few days ago I tried to log into cPanel on my site ( www.liamssite.trap17.com ) and it didnt work.

Money was recieved but no credits (7) I have this problem for at least a week now. I bought 6 months woth of credits because i am going to
be out of town for some time and wont have computer access. So I decided to buy some credits so my
site can stay up and not go down. It has been at least a week now and i have not gotten any reply

My Account Does Not Load
