| | my accoutn was suspended a couple days ago due to lack of credits. (been pre-occupied)
but since then i've mounted enough credits to get it re-opened. (i did this when i realised it was suspended)
but it still isn't Un-Suspended.
normally it takes a few hours to correct itself, in past experiences.
i just want to know if it can take longer,
OR
if its been suspended for any other reason

i have been told it can tak eup to 2-3 days before your website is back up and running again, but that is just what ive been told about when it will be back up and running... i dont know about the other thing though (you being suspended for other reasons)

Suspended account will be restored within few hours once hosting credit reaches above 4, NOT 2-3 days. Due to recent script issues it is possible that your reanimation process did not take place. I have manually unsuspended your account. Our apologies. Topic is closed. Account is active again.

vBulletin License (0) brutalwarfare.trap17.com suspended due to abuse complaint. I am forced to suspend this site for the
invalid vBulletin license running on the website. Usually I never put up complaints like this, but
because I consider Trap17 as one family and everyone here as young webmasters who are eager to
learn. I want to alert everyone to not use any type of nullified or free scripts on your website.
There are millions of free alternatives available. If you are using a nullified version, I request
people to convert to paid license if your website is working for you. Else, you are....
Site Back Online, But....
Works on anyone's machine but mine. (20) I got a reply from Xisto today that my site was up and running again. Yet, when I surf to it, it
will not load, also, my email client keeps telling me the POP3 server (the one related to my domain)
timed out. My Cpanel will not open neither. On my son's laptop (on the same network, hence same
IP address) the site loads immediately. Has anyone got any idea what the problem my end could be?

Gamma Servers' Problem
This topic is for all who have their account on Gamma Server & ha (1) Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ....

I am still hosted (5) It is a shock, it has been almost a year since I moved to ComputingHost but I just realized that I
am still in the hosted group, could I and my website (used to be http://darran.trap17.com) kindly
be removed because I am not using my trap17 account anymore and the space could be given to someone
who has been contributing well on the forum and is a regular. 1 quick question: will my credits be
deducted daily if I am no longer being hosted?....

Problems Adding An Email Account
(3) Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel
and attempt to add an email account I get a message similar to "the account you are trying to
create, You have exceeded the maximum number of email accounts , with the password password
has been created successfully" And, of course, no email account is created. I know I am not
approaching any of my limits (Especially not on email accounts, since it's unlimited) so I'm
getting a bit confused. It may also be worth knowing that I have added email accounts in ....
The Cgi Centre In Cpanel Isn't Working!
(4) I was just randomly accessing the cPanel today and when I tried accessing the 'CGI Centre'

Activate Account [resolved]
I was approved but... (5) So, my hosting application was screened and approved about 5-6 days ago. My understanding is that I
then go to trap17.com/manage and then log in. I do this, and see a link "Check your Installation
Configuration (Important, if you have just activated your account)." When I click this, I get a page
that says that my account status is "NON-HOSTED." Am I doing something wrong? Did I forget to do
something? This may not be the appropriate place to post this, but I couldn't find anywhere else
that made sense, as I can't post topics in the "Hosted Members" area of the f....

Help With Reactivating Suspended Account
(4) Hey all, I checked out the Hosting Credits FAQ and did not find a explanation to my problem so I am
posting here: My account was recently suspended due to negative hosting credits. As requested I
increased my balance to more than 4 credits. I have had approx. 7.1 credits for about 10 hours now,
and my account has still not be reactivated. I noticed in the FAQ that once accounts are back to a
positive 4 credit balance, they are automatically reactivated. It does mention that it can take
longer due to server load though. Is there server just under extremely heavy load t....

Self explanitory. (6) Well my domain says I am suspended and I have most definitely NOT dropped negative at all. I am
currently sitting on 8 points. I guess I shouldn't find this a surprise with all of these
people's account being wrongly suspended lately. But to get it resolved a thread is necessary.

Suspended Account Problems

I haven't gone below 0 credits (3) I haven't been below 0 credits, yet, my account is suspended? What's going on? I've got
a little over 2.5 credits now, and had maybe 0.3 today, before I posted a problem post in this

(4) I ran out of credits, yesterday. I was fine with that no problem. I was minus 4.5 days. I got up to
5 days. Left it and just check it not more then 1 mintue ago, 24 hours after the orginal suspention.
It is still down, i've got 7 days worth of credits now and it's still down. Help? Advice?

Ftp Trap17 Account Help Please
cPanel issues and can't upload files (14) A few days ago I tried to log into cPanel on my site ( www.liamssite.trap17.com ) and it didnt work.

(12) OK, my hosting account was upgraded so my hosting credits were set to 0. I went to stay with my
sister for a couple of days and when I got back I had -4 hosting credits and my account was
suspended. I've now got 6 hosting credits. My main site is working but all of the addon
