Stop making topic title as though there's something wrong with TRAP17's service! Your site (Heartless Creation) is loading just fine and I can access my cPanel as well (since I don't have your password I can't say the same for your end). Before you make a conclusion hold tight for a while and see if the problem persists.
Thanks both of you, but i tried it all and nothing is working It's really very confusing . . . . and bad sicne i'm trying to get some sites tested and done Thing is though this happened to me before. . . . it wouldn't load any trap17 websites when iw as home or 6thform. . . . Now i'm at UNI and it won't work on my pc from my room or the other computers on campus. . . . . I doubt they would have blocked trap17 sites. . . coz other wise they wud have blocked ww.trap17.com + forums aswell

It's strange that you cannot access your site from both home and school. Would you know another person that can try to see your site? Can you connect to FTP? Can you connect to cPanel http://69.50.188.18:2082/ ? Can you click on this link and see your site http://69.50.188.18/~goose ?
i think your isp haz blocked the 69.50.188.18. if you wanna manage the site hosted on the trap17, then get out of your school and using another isp connecting way to access the cpanel or your site. --- i know on some countries the school internet don't allow the person using it access the site abroad,but you still can view the trap17.com and it's forum,so i just think that 69.50.188.18 is on the black list of them. okay,the problem solved i think.it's not the things about the service of trap.
well its not trap17's serivce. and i've tried accessing ANY trap17 hosted websites without luck on numerous PCs and Macs.
are you suggesting my university net provider has blocked the trap17 hosting servers? thats plausable i suppose. I mean i had to persuade them to give me granted access to use Cpanels and get the FTP program i use access aswell.

well, woke up this morning, and now everything is working fine for me its only sunday and i didnt think the appropriate IT staff were in till monday, and i haven't received an email from them to say they've done anything. . . . so weither they have done something or the problem jsut solved itself. . . . still quite a mystery to me. . . .
i went and tlaked to the IT department and apparently last week, roughly the day when it stopped working was when they did some updates. . . and they said its probably likely that this has caused maybe the site to be blocked or taken of the acceptance access list. But i won't no for sure till monday, hopefully.

After all the troubles over the past week, I have everything set up, my access to MySQL databases
restored, however, I cannot access my webmail yet. I log in on the screen before you get the choice
which webmail to use (Squirrel, Horde or Roundcube), and when clicking on Horde I get "Login failed
because your username or password are incorrect", with Squirrel mail i get; "ERROR: Connection
dropped by IMAP server." and Roundcube (probably as the name implies) keeps going round in circles.

Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping

After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and

Is it possible to directly access my local database from my website? For example, if somebody
submits info on my website, the info they submitted would be transferred to my local database
directly. Is that possible? And if so, how do I set that up? The reason I don't want to upload
my database to my subdomain is because it would be difficult to keep the website database and my

Hi there. I have been trying to upload a zip file only about 2mb to my account through CPanel.
First I tried uploading it to a new folder in public_ftp. Then i tried to put it in the main part
of public_ftp. I also tried the same thing in public_html. It shows the file being uploaded, and i
get 100 %, but alas, when i look in the folders nothing is there. Is there a restriction on .zip
files? I have had no problems as of yet uploading htm and html pages. Please let me know ASAP.

I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I

Before I was able to login within my Cpanel without problem but now I try to login and it states
"Login Attempt Failed!" which makes no sense. I made sure nothing was written incorrectly within

Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ...
I tried downloading my email from website this morning and Thunderbird said it couldn't access
it the server. Then I tried loading my website - to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what's

Hi, I am having some serious problems with my sub domains. I registered a site with trap17 named
http://zoebelkin.co.cc . Then I made 2 sub domains for the site. One is for the forums section
and the other is for the gallery section. 1> forums.zoebelkin.co.cc 2> gallery.zoebelkin.co.cc
Whenever I type these in the browser adress bar the browser gives an output that it cannot find the
