| | Ok, I finally got my form approved after that massive wait because of some issue and now, my computer decides not to load up my site!
- My site does not load up on either browser, I cannot ping it (but it resolves the IP)
- It loaded ONCE. And never after that
- It's not my network, I used my neighbors wireless to verify that
Can anyone help me?

Nah that's right, I'm using a computer at my work ATM and I can access it, but thanks, now the problem is I can't access my cPanel! I use my forum username and this other one I specified in the form I submitted and I doesn't work. I also just wasted 10 credits resetting my password and it also doesn't work (any chance of getting 'em back?). This is annoying!

What I recommend that you do is first delete your cookies, history and other browser cache's, then do a DNS flush through commands prompt by typing in C:\>ipconfig /flushdns. then wait about 4 hours for the automatic DNS flush to happen and check to see if your site shows up. If that doesn't work contact support and ask them to see if your IP is banned because it sounds like you made several attempts at logging in and failed. Remember you need to use your cpanel username password and not your forum name and login, and no you don't get your credits back for changing your password.

Ok, thanks for the help, I have done the dns flush and cleared the cache. I have also tried using another clean browser. But I was able to access my site on another computer differant ISP (So I think I am IP banned) but my Cpanel wasn't working even with my cpanel user name and new reseted password.

samlockart, Email used to contact was correct. The proper site is to visit xistosupport.com and login with your email/account. Create one if you don't have one. This is the sure way to keep track with all your support issues. Request Xisto Support to reset your password... if you used weak password for cpanel it looks like it's preventing from a normal login. Also request your IP to be looked at for possible IP ban. And remember, please refrain from accessing your hosting account from your work or school. This is a sure way to ban your hosting from your own location firewall and from Xisto's firewall. Thanks.

Thanks. Thanks, I love the mods here! I also went to their support website and inquired about those issues. I know the cpanel password though, I got it reset and it was sent to me. But I still can't login! Sam.

Cpanel Webmail Problem
I cannot receive emails (1) Hey guys. I sent a password reset email from a site to sky@central-gaming.trap17.com, and it does

Fileop Failure On A Folder
On cPanel (6) CODE FileOp Failure on: /home/skyed211/public_html/forums/style_images/ip.boardpr: Operation not
permitted I seen to get this error when CHModding the above folder. My boards images will not

I Can && Cannot Acces My Website
Confusing issue. (5) I am a hosted member in trap17 and my domain is www.karunya.cc . I have been not able to access my
website for few days and i had PM'd the admin and he provided me great support,but still i have
some confusion , so please anyone help me . My domain was now accessible using my true IP . On the
other hand if i use a Proxy i am able to access my website , so i had given my true IP's
220.225.140.98, 210.212.244.4 to Xisto to check whether they are in the IP ban List in Xisto
firewall , the internet im using is provided by my college and im sure here there is not ....
Fantastico And Cpanel Skin Problem.
(1) I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed
from rvblue to somethiong better, say the one I had before? I think it was called cpanel mod x3 or
something. The frontend for rvblue is my cpanel ip:2082/frontend/rvblue/index.html But the one I

Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel

Unable To Replace .png File In Directory
Can't even delete it using Cpanel (7) I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I

Trap17 is more navigatable and has a cooler cPanel than computinghost. (1) Trap17 is more navigatable and has a cooler cPanel than computinghost... This may be opinion, but
the HTML editor on computinghost is long gone. The cPanel is the newer version but as always newer
isn't always better. So what if they have a new cpanel (ensim did the same thing)…the fact is
they left old software on for years when much newer and more secure versions are ready. Hell, php6
is about to come out. So in two years plesk, cpanel and ensim will finally go to php6 when php 8 is
available. Just the inablilty to apply security patches alone is enough to nev....
