I've found a site, that checks if your site is online You can find it on internetseer.com You get an email when your site is down and on the end of the week you get an report. You also get once a month a spam-mail. This comes from another mailingadress as the reports, so you can simply block this one

I use uppanel.com for my uptime checking. So far Trap17 has had 100% .

They also have a week report sent to your email, and a very good statistics report i may say.

You can monitor 5 different websites, not just only 1.

Also you receive email notifications when one or more then one of the 5 websites is down, and another email to tell you when they are up again.

this is pretty interesting to check the uptime, some must be better than others so you must choose carefully

I agree with you, you can't change if its online or offline, youll just get some spam and still you cant do anything

I suppose that if you use a paid hosting yes, you have right to complain because you pay for 24 hours and not even a minute less. But in a free hosting like trap17 you can say it and maybe complain but nobody is obliged to pay you attention really... they can do, but as long as you donīt pay, there is no contract, no money no obligation.

thanks. I am trying the siteuptime.com one. It looks good and has a nice design with great services. I think a good service is important, and that it doesn't spam you. That is un-acceptable to me. That is like me going around on the forum and getting all your emails, and then spamming them. don't worry, I won't, I am just saying. But because of spam, I won't support a program, like that one that was orinally posted, taht allows people to get a hold of others emails. Very disrespectful. Thanks for the sites guys!
