Trap Points? Every Post= 1 Point - every hosting is doing this

I don't know about everyone else, but I like to keep my privacy and I don't like the fact
that my email address is show in the free web hosting application. This leaves my Inbox vulnerable
to all the spam in the world and I won't accept that; that's why I edit it. I propose that
the email address should not be shown in the application....

Ive been thinking about this for a while, every since i did a search for my email address in google
(you should really try it, youd be surprised where your address turns up sometimes) I was lucky and
the only reference to it was here at T17 in my hosting app. But this concerned me... Many of the
folk here at trap are very intelligent and cautious people and dont like their email address being
splattered across the internet but that is what is happening because of the application threads. I
would like to ask if they can be made mod/admin only or if Jlhsalips email hidi...

I was wondering.. I love trap17 and its a great way to actually host a decent forum.. but.. would it
be possible to also host gameservers? they shouldn't be that big and it depents on ur credits
how many slots you've got.. for example: I've got 49 credits, and a regular slot for a
random game costs 7 credits. Do the maths, its a 7-slot gameserver. If u want a 30 slots gameserver,
you'll need 210 credits for 1 month.. I can promise you that hosting gameservers will gain

Ah the boring old trap feedbacker. Probably the most active account without a sig or avatar. Now I
know that non-members can't see sigs or avatars but us members should see something more than
just the name. I usually recognize a member here by his or her avatar rather than the name. (Oh

I think Most of people looking to build a website don't know html or php therefore I think

Well after receiving a free book for ASP.net 2.0 and of course looking around for some decent ASP
hosting (so far found 350MB site), I was thinking that why don't you set up a windows server
hosting based on the trap17 protocols and so those that are interested in ASP programming they can

I sometimes see trap17 members complaining about spending hours a day in an attempt to sustain
hosting credits. This is especially true in the reviews. It really isn't that hard. Here's
my advice on doing so efficiently. 1. The number of posts you make at trap17 doesn't determine
how many credits you receive. The staff even announced it, and it should be quite obvious, really.
Credits are determined by the content and quality of your posts. Make longer ones, I guess. 2. So

im suggesting that there should be a limit that your credits can go into the negatives. a while ago
i was really busy with school, sports, and everyday stuff. during this time, i did not have much
time to get online and i stopped going to this site for awhile. now i am back and want to get my
site back up so i can try some things. the thing is, my credits are way below zero. currently im at
-31 hosting credits. and you need 5 credits to get your site back up (i think its 5, not sure). i
was thinking that it might be an okay idea if you put a limit to how far your credits...

I never logout of my account and so everytime i go to the site i have to make sure that i'm on

I had a new idea for a hosting package that could cost like 40-50 credits it would contail the
following features: 500mb space 1 gp bandwidth This is the best feature: the ability to provide

Ok, this post will be quite long, I dunno of this such of post has been made by other member or not,
it’s all bout how trap17 should deal with hosting credit and inactivity in forum. For one or more
