| | Right... a couple of days ago I registered another domain for use as well as my main one www.projectjim.co.uk
Today, I realised that I was able to use both with my trap account as putting my new domain as an addon 
Trouble is, when I come to make it it won't let me, saying I'm not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains!
My cpanel shows 0/0 allowed addon domains (not unlimited or 9)
On searching I'm pretty sure I have exactly the same problem as the dude in this topic:

Please submit an email to support@xisto.com explaining the situation exactly as you have here, providing your cpanel username and sub-domain name, etc. Perhaps even a link to this posting. Thanks. Probably something to do with the recent changeover of HDD and cpanel, etc.

ACK!!! I can't believe OpaQue decided to include the X theme--they are the uglist! Anyway, your Add-on and Park domain numbers were successfully changed to the normal numbers.

Domain Problem
(1) Recently I switched my domain to princesstimes.co.cc (didn't renew the old one in time, and
times are bad, so didn't want to get a top level domain for a hobby site) But when I click
www.princesstimes.co.cc it goes to my old domain instead (an advertisement page basically). i
don't understand. I've removed the old domain from my cpanel and successfully parked my new
one. Help please?....

Page Load Error When Trying To Get Into Control Panel
I just changed domain (2) I had put a domain name that I didn't have when I registered my website. I got the 15 credits
and changed it to a subdomain. Now I can't log into my control panel. At first it was telling me
I had the wrong password which I'm sure I don't. Now I just get a timed out error. Also my

Question About Changing Domain Names.

I Need Help With Setting Up My Site, Made Using Java
any help would be appreciated (5) I just got web hosting approved and I want to host the site I created using Struts framework.
I'm a complete newb when it comes to web hosting, so I need a little help. Is there a tutorial

What exactly are they? (4) Sorry if I should have read certain bits of the forum for an answer to my question, but I have
looked and cannot seem to find it in the usual topics. I would like to find a bit more about
domains, and especially addon ones. I see from my cpanel that you can have 9 parked domains and 9
addon domains. At the moment I am using 1 parked domain, which I use as an address for my website
and email. I did it like that since that was the way I was advised to set up my domain. But, if that

Allowed Memory Size Exhausted
(7) I have a forum and content management system which both use the same database. A module on my forum
runs an automated task to backup this database to my email address and also in a directory locally.
A couple of weeks ago I stopped getting backup emails, and when i run the ask manually I get the

Sub Domain Problem : Urgent
Cannot access my sub domains (10) Hi, I am having some serious problems with my sub domains. I registered a site with trap17 named
http://zoebelkin.co.cc . Then I made 2 sub domains for the site. One is for the forums section
and the other is for the gallery section. 1> forums.zoebelkin.co.cc 2> gallery.zoebelkin.co.cc
Whenever I type these in the browser adress bar the browser gives an output that it cannot find the
web sites. But they are complete and should show something. Also using www. in front of the sub

(4) i need some help in addon domains My domain registor uses A record hence in the DNS setting i have
to put the ip address of my trap17 hosting account. The main domain works out perfectly after
changing the DNS to trap17 ip in my domain registor. Now the problem is when i tried adding a

Setting Up Ftp Accounts
(4) I would like to setup an FTP account for users of my website, but I'm not too sure how to do it.
I'm using Joomla for a website, and the members who register can submit Articles in certain
sections. I would like most of the images in these articles stored locally(also to get some
functions, they need certain extensions on the file name, which a free host cannot do). So I would
like there to be an FTP account that members can access and upload images too, but not delete any of

My Domain Showing Blank Page (not Timeout) On Load [resolved]
It works through an "anonymous" proxy (7) As far as I know this problem has been on me for one, maybe two weeks now. When i try to access my
site all I get is a completely blank page. The source code also shows a completely blank page. I
would provide a screenshot, but there's nothing there to see!!!!!!! Bear in mind it's not a
timeout error, and the title bar, instead of showing the real "page title" and favicon, just shows
my site's address. This problem is the same in both IE & FF. I CAN login to the administration
