i mostly play Diablo II, and every now and then when i'm extreamly bored ill break out the old Day Of Defeat or some counter-strike |

You've honestly never played any of these, as they quite are Real Time, and you don't get pauses to think of your moves, thus Strategy is required. I am playing couter strike online and it is alot of fun. You should play it. The game is action and first persion shooter. But if you are interested into games like diablo as you have mentioned then i think you should start the age of empire series and if you are really into myth then age of mythology or maybe warcraft. I have personally never played warcraft but it has got a pretty huge fan base so i tihnk you will be playing a good game. It is very fmaous for multiplayer and i usually see it being played in gaming parlours.

Nice four and a half year bump, DirtyHacker. No, no one plays online multiplayer games, that's why games like Counter Strike and World of Warcraft's servers are always empty, and companies like NCSoft and Nexon are going out of business. In all seriousness, yeah, I've played quite a few. The only non-free MMORPG I've played is Guild Wars, which is a lot of fun and I highly recommend it. I've played countless free ones though.

it's the fact that everything in the game is basically run by players, even the economy in

Splinter Cell Or Metal Gear Solid?
Two awsome games...but which is better? (26) Metal Gear Solid has been my all time favorite series of all time for so long...but recently I got
into Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory...and I must say, it was excellent I must say. The thing about
metal gear that got old to me were the terrible camera angles you get throughout the game...they
frustrate me so much. Also, you are very limited to what you can do in the MGS series also. Now
Splinter Cell is a different story. The camera angles are very good, and can even be adjusted to
accomodate you. The thing that gets me about Chaos Theory is how much you can do in the game....
