| | Well looks like the servers did come back on line, but now im unable to acess my cpanel. I go to log in and I get a message that the License File Expired follwed with that is a set of numbers which id rather not show. But do I need to log a ticket for this |

yupp i got the same thing.... i was worried it was just me XD im glad that its not just me but im sad that it happened to begin with... hopefully it will be fixed soon

I also checked the server status here http://www.xisto.com/helpdesk/index.php?cmd=statusbut i dont see anything baout cpanel, also its affecting content that was placed on my site and I dont know why.

Yeah i have the same thing and the flood controls are going crazey, noone can post or search the forum  Ps. Servers are back offline, hopefully to sort this out!

Yeah well im hoping it does get fixed because i had just updated my joomla based site with alot of content and for the few mnurtes the server was it was all gone from the interface. but it showed it was pending, and it wasnt originally.. so i hope it gets fixed cause i spen about 6 hours today doing this

Buffalo has announced that the reason the server was taken offline was indeed to update the cpanel! yey

Gamma server back online with full access to cPanel. License expiration issue has been resolved. I do apologize for any inconvenices. Database is also online. Everything seems to be fine. Leaving the topic open for a while. If server seems to go down again, please be patient until it is resolved.

License File Expired When Logging Into Cpanel
hi, I used teamviewer before, I didn't know well at that time and
Installed as commertial. After that it is expired showing some
Extending date.. I used all date over. Now it is totally expired. I
Tried to re-install it still the same msg "team viewer is expired"
Shows. I tried different cleanup softwares to erase my registary of

is that normal? (7) For the past 15-20 hours I haven't been able to access CPanel or connect to my domain through
FTP but my website seems to work correctly. I was wondering why is that happening when we are
talking about the same hosting account? I figure that a non-working CPanel could be due to problems
in the CPanel framework but how about FTP access? shouldn't that be a direct access to my domain
regardless of CPanel status? Right now the http access to the site works but the ftp access

I cannot receive emails (1) Hey guys. I sent a password reset email from a site to sky@central-gaming.trap17.com, and it does
not arrive. I've had alot of emails for password resets and I cannot receive them. My mailbox
says that the folder is EMPTY. Even if I click "(Check mail)" I get nothing. I have tried and tried
to refresh continuous times already, but still no results and no emails. I've tried looking at
my options and settings, both are no use to me with this issue. Support with this would be greatly

(3) Hi there. I have been trying to upload a zip file only about 2mb to my account through CPanel.
First I tried uploading it to a new folder in public_ftp. Then i tried to put it in the main part
of public_ftp. I also tried the same thing in public_html. It shows the file being uploaded, and i
get 100 %, but alas, when i look in the folders nothing is there. Is there a restriction on .zip

Unable To Replace .png File In Directory
Can't even delete it using Cpanel (7) I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I

the HTML editor on computinghost is long gone. The cPanel is the newer version but as always newer
isn't always better. So what if they have a new cpanel (ensim did the same thing)…the fact is
they left old software on for years when much newer and more secure versions are ready. Hell, php6
is about to come out. So in two years plesk, cpanel and ensim will finally go to php6 when php 8 is
available. Just the inablilty to apply security patches alone is enough to nev....
