| | Well I was just wondering, i know this polol might sound stupid, as this is a hosting site forum and the chances are you do know HTML, but the other day i met 2 people who didt have a clue what HTML was, and was just at the forum because they found this forum active. Hmm lets see. I can't say I fully know everything about HTML I know enough to make me dangerous Currently trying to learn CSS and PHP both of them are kick my butt though lol.

I know pretty much everything about it .., but i would preffer not to write it by hand ..i still wanna use dreamweaver..but i have written a couple of sites on raw htm on notepad before but it really is abit of a time waster when you have somthing you can do it 1/5th of the time faster .

I know a lot of HTML, quite a bit of PHP and Javascript, a little ASP, and I'm now moving into Flash and ActionScript (which is very similar to JS).

Basically members of Trap17 have to know the basics of HTML, or at least know what is HTML, being a webhosting community. Those who doesn't know HTML would probably come into the wrong community.. Anyway, having to master HTML does not mean one is a web engineer. We all have to know other web standards like CSS, XML etc, or at least PHP as its being used almost every web communities. Others include JSP, ASP, SQL etc.

i know plain HTML, CSS, and im learning PHP and the basics of MySQL =D tutorials are really good i personally recomend a page called Codegrrl for php tutorials

Well I know enough HTML to edit my site. I am not really into tables and stuff like that but I can understand them sort of. I plan to go and finish up learning HTML and then try PHP (again) and CSS. I might actually try XHTML.

I know a lot of languages. Basic, C, C++, Python/Perl, PHP, Java, HTML/XHTML, CSS, etc. I'm still learning more on C++. I migrated from C, basically.

Well I know HTML. I'm going for some other languages like possibly PHP so I can do more with the sites. Thats why I'm taking Web Design in school to hopefully help me learn some things like Javascript and PHP.

Yep, I know HTML... and XHTML too, which tends to be the route that I go. I'm also decent with CSS, though I'm not a genious with all the tricks down pat yet in that or anything. I'm also familiar with PHP and MySQL (Though I haven't mastered the two together yet... still working on that one.) I'm also all right with JavaScript and ActionScript (more so with the former) and know a bit of XML and ASP. I really haven't explored those enough though to feel comfortable doing anything serious with them.

If you want to be a decent admin you have to know HTML+CSS and the dynamic language your website software uses... otherwise, you shouldn't run a website. So yes, I know HTML

Html Code Question
(2) Hi all, I was wondering is there a way I could make a field in a form that will take you to the
address you enter in it? (in other words) Site: trap17.com (go) and clicking go takes you to

Best Way To Protect Html Form Fields
Looking for suggestions on how to protect form fields during user inpu (3) My working example is here http://sonesay.trap17.com/application.php The form submits to itself
and stores what ever the user inputs into session variables. Thats all fine and I have validation

Help With Css/html Layout
Horizontal List Problems (5) I can't figure out why this horizontal list isnt working. Underneath my banner is supposed to

Html Question Concerning Pre Tag And Code Tag
(8) My question is, why would anyone use the CODE tag when you can use the PRE tag? 1. The PRE tag
recognises white space, the CODE tag does not. 2. The CODE tag requires that you escape some

Integrating One Html File Into Another
without embedding (31) Hey guys I'm overhauling my website and have decided instead of using frames I want to just
have a logo and buttons integrated into each HTML file, so you can just scroll down past it. I want
