Anyonw knows of any free DCC file transfer program like those in mIRC DCC sending...
It have to be p2p, but not those kazaa or limewire type..
Just those which you can directly connect to an IP address and send a file directly....

P2P is short for Peer 2 Peer. Basically its a program that takes all the programs in a certain folder and makes it available for anyone to download. When they download it they get bits and pieces from everyone who has taht specific file.

Programs like BitTorrent & Emule do it that way. Others like Soulseek you actually download the whole file from one location.

I've only used it to allow other users to download directly from my computer, and it worked beautifully. You could add multiple username/password protection and even customize the page from which others downloaded your files from. I'm guessing the upload feature will be just as functional. I hope this was kinda like what you were looking for

This would be a cool File Sharing program but it isn't free..  well good job! It is good but hey maybe there is something just as good in the net but just might take some time looking for it. But its true MSN AIM and w/e there is sucks. Transfers so SLOW. Dont even bother trying to do anything it will just take ages. And it wont even allow EXE transfer unless someone has their msn hacked and bother has to be hacked. Everything is just way to complex.
