1] Virtual Dimmension:-
This is the utility most of winXP users will find handy,as it supports more than 8 desktops & it also allows transparency to each Window.It is very handy prog as it also allows you to make itself transparent so nobody can see it running.Small utility with No bugs for XP.You may find trouble using transparency option with some programs that requires lot of resource,but it works fine with Explorer,Image viewer etc.

Y'z shadow is must have software for those who wanna make thier Menu's Transparent and To show shadows of windows borders.Nice software,Production of this software is discontinued and if you found any bugs with this will not be removed.You can download this from http://www.aquaxp.com Link sections.
You can even search for Vitrite Utility in Google,Problem with that utility is that You have to use CTRL+Shift+(Number from o to 9) to set transparency of your selected object.I m too lazy to use this kind of feature.

AS one of the member suggested Xnview for image resizing i tried that utility,good for pixel artist only drawback is that it is by default sets itself on top of XP's Image and fax viewer so i reported this bug to the autor.anyway you can downlaod it from http://xnview.com
I think i tried to cover most of the utilites in this Thread,I like the Rhodium visual style very much, so wanna downlaod simmilar visual styles from net.You can reply if you know any better place for good quality visual style resource.
