I exercise often if you take into consideration the fact that I ride my bike every weekend for 14 kms from the small city that I live in to the village where my grand-parents live — forth on Saturdays and back on Sundays.
Also I do exercise for ~10 minutes two or three times a week on the OrbiTrek Elite that my mom has bought for her and I also do exercise on the sports class when our teacher makes us so

Not that I'm fat, I'm really skinny, but it's really important for building up my muscles atleast a bit

ps. I also forgot that I play ping-pong when I'm in my village, we have a board and I play overthere for almost 2-3 years now and my skills have gotten up really high and it's
SOOOO fun too!!
