You can easily make your own skins or customize to make them better and the way you want. All you have to do is edit the subSilver template to use it as a resource to make your own. Edit the overallfooter and overallheader tpl files. I know this doesnt help your request for this template but im just saying you can make your own

Downlaod the theme of this forum
its very easy if you learn there are a couple of good tutorials (very long) but once you learn you wont forget because u have to stop the video and repeat over and over to mimic but now its not that hard to convert to e107

How Do I Make My Forum More Popular?
(21) I have a forum right? I need some more people on it. Could someone please share their tips, how

(8) For the most part ive had no problem with the amount of ads on this forum but recently the ones that
