Hey. Today I decided to change my default domain to a subdomain; I kinda needed a personal website but I don't have the time to spend 5 hours waiting for the Uni.CC name servers to set up. Anyway, I collected a couple more hosting credits to that I had enough to change it, and changed my default domain to http://minik.trap17.com/. It changed my new domain to go to my public_html directory and I checked and the addon domains were still working. I got annoyed at having so many folders in the public_html directory so I deleted all but the important folders. I then go to my addon domains section of cPanel and everything's empty and stuff. I don't mind this as I don't really use them, so I decide to try and make an email account for my new domain. I enter all of the information and it comes up with: QUOTE E-mail Account Created
The e-mail account mail@ minik.trap17.com with the login
Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts. and password PASS with a quota of unlimited megabytes was successfully created. Sorry if you got lost and I've done something really wrong.  Ryan I just nearly had a heart attack; I'd forgotten to remove my password from the quotes. Phew!

Does your Cpanel now have this email set-up? or not? And is there a question in there somewhere? Do you need something fixed?

It doesn't setup the emails so I would be happy if you could TOTALLY reset my cPanel account please. I'd like to start again and it's taking forever to delete everything manually.

Domain Problem
(1) Recently I switched my domain to princesstimes.co.cc (didn't renew the old one in time, and
times are bad, so didn't want to get a top level domain for a hobby site) But when I click
www.princesstimes.co.cc it goes to my old domain instead (an advertisement page basically). i
don't understand. I've removed the old domain from my cpanel and successfully parked my new
one. Help please?....

Page Load Error When Trying To Get Into Control Panel
I just changed domain (2) I had put a domain name that I didn't have when I registered my website. I got the 15 credits
and changed it to a subdomain. Now I can't log into my control panel. At first it was telling me

Host Problems
Need some help (7) Hey, recently ive applied and been accepted for a host. Now, i set up an account and then tried to
get to the access panel.. Didnt worked... I thought it might be because of my domain, so i got

Sub Domain Problem : Urgent
Cannot access my sub domains (10) Hi, I am having some serious problems with my sub domains. I registered a site with trap17 named
http://zoebelkin.co.cc . Then I made 2 sub domains for the site. One is for the forums section
and the other is for the gallery section. 1> forums.zoebelkin.co.cc 2> gallery.zoebelkin.co.cc
Whenever I type these in the browser adress bar the browser gives an output that it cannot find the
web sites. But they are complete and should show something. Also using www. in front of the sub

Problems Adding An Email Account
(3) Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel
and attempt to add an email account I get a message similar to "the account you are trying to
create, You have exceeded the maximum number of email accounts , with the password password
has been created successfully" And, of course, no email account is created. I know I am not
approaching any of my limits (Especially not on email accounts, since it's unlimited) so I'm
getting a bit confused. It may also be worth knowing that I have added email accounts in ....
Problems With Ftp Access
(1) Well topic title says its all I have problem with ftp access to my account here on trap17 so if
anyone has experienced similar issues lately. The problem is when I try to log on it disconnects me
from the server. I am using filezilla however I have tried to access trough file manager and it
works fine though it is not the same protocol. I must admit I have deleted some folders recently
however I am quite certain that it is all connected to the joomla installation and not some system

My Domain Showing Blank Page (not Timeout) On Load [resolved]
It works through an "anonymous" proxy (7) As far as I know this problem has been on me for one, maybe two weeks now. When i try to access my
site all I get is a completely blank page. The source code also shows a completely blank page. I
would provide a screenshot, but there's nothing there to see!!!!!!! Bear in mind it's not a

(5) ok i went into the hosting account center to make myself a new domain name. now instead of
www.boaw.trap17.com/nuke i want it to be www.boawcrew.com.. so i clicked in change domain name and
they asked me for my username n password but after that they wanted me to make my new domain and for
the examples they have it lke XXXXXXX.com, and thats where im abit confused cuz im not sure if i
