Terminated My Hosting Account But Still In The Hosted Group
(1) So not that it really matters much but I thought I'd point this out to avoid possible confusing
in the near future. I terminated my trap17 hosting account so I can prepare for the transition from
credits to myCents, but for some reason I'm still in the hosted group... Now I don't mind
being in the hosted group at all, it's just when the credit system is finally ready to be sent
off to the gallows and whoever will be in charge of terminating all the accounts might be a bit
confused when they come across me, a hosted member without a website. Also when ....
Transferring My Account
to the new system (3) Presently, I am operating jlhaslip.trap17.com. I have the trap17 sub-domain hosting. I have a
Parked Domain and also have several Add-on domains using a couple of my sub-domains. As I see it, I
should soon be acquiring a new account under the Credit System ver 3.0 for my Hosting. Assuming
that the Parked Domain become the new Account Domain name, and the Add-on Domains are retained, can
you please advise how best to maintain the links between, say, jlhaslip.trap17.com and the new
account Domain name, say jlhaslip.com so that the Google (and other) Bots will keep find....
Problem With Hosting
delete it or wait it out? (4) Okay all I need help and or advice of this problem or delema. I have already posted that I have a
problem with logging into my cpanel, and have had replys of what to do, none worked. I have left a
ticket with xisto and no reply. Right now I am about to go Nuke over this. as some of you know my
site is a weather site and we have 2 systems on the east coast of the us. My problem is should I
wait this out and let the credits I have be used. "cant even access my own site" or save them and
just resign up and hope that takes care of the problem. Or even worse leave trap17 a....

Hosting Account Suspended
status shows i am non-hosted (2) hey friends help me out..... i wasn't active on trap17 for nearly two months ..... and i
don't know how much negative my credits went.... but now i am active again.... i thought my
account would be deleted... but it wasn't...i was glad to have logged in.. My website link was
working...i could see the Cpanel page.. i thought it was because my account was suspended. My
credits were 0...they were not negative as expected. i have increased them to 20 now....but still i
am not able to access my Cpanel account. obviously my hosting account is suspended...now ho....

Trouble Creating Hosting Account
i would have posted in the HOSTED MEMBERS section but.... (20) I need urgent help! When i recieved my email for comfirmation of my hosting account - i went to
trap17.com/manage/index.php. Logged in and created a hosted account. At the top of it it said "There
were problems creating your account! Please Contact Administrator. " But i went to my website
flashy.trap17.com and it was created. But now the only thing is my hosted credits were not set
back to 0.00 and my group is still Members - not hosted. HELP ME PLEASE!! i dont want to get banned....
What Happens After My Account Gets Suspended?
(8) I have a subdomain with trap17, but realised its really hard to get my credits up unless I post
religiously everyday here. My question is: 1. What happens if my credits run out? Does my account
gets suspended? 2. What happens after a period of time when I decide I don't want to unsuspend
it? 3. Does my hosting account get deleted after a period of inactivity? i.e. I decide to let it be
because I don't want the hosting anymore. ....

Account Not Unsuspending
(3) I had forgot about my site and about Trap17 for a very long time and went far into the negative, and
since all my secured files for my site are on my trap17 account, i could not log in via ftp to get
them, and for some reason my cpanel wouldn't log me in either. I posted as much as I could and
am now in 9.99 credits. I thought my account unsuspended itself after 4 credits? I could use any
help in this, if it helps my -credits was something around -40 if I recall correctly. I really need
to get my files and am unsure why my ftp won't work anymore, did something ch....

Trap17 Site Deletions
Does Trap17 Still Delete All Site Contents When Accounts Lack Credits? (3) Sorry if there's already a topic for this, I tried looking and couldn't find any...
Anyway, does Trap17 still delete all site content for accounts that fall behind in hosting credits?
I lost my site because of being inactive for a few months a year or so ago and have been hesitant to
get back into this when losing all your work can happen at any point. Is that still how the system

My Other Forums Account Has Been Deleted
Sorry for making another account (9) Hi, Yesterday I joined the forums on an account named "matt2", I started posting and then requested
hosting, a short time later my hosting request was approved and I was really happy with the service.
I received the e-mail with the link to the Process page, but because it was late at night I went to
bed. i have been out this morning and a couple of minutes ago I tried logging into the forums with
matt2. It didn't work. I thought I had to activate my hosting so I went to the process page and
typed in my details. The screen came up and then it displayed INCORRECT US....
Credits Gone?
also how long before account is terminated (9) Hi, i had my credits up to +0.47 or so last night (about 8 hours ago) and now theyre down to about
-4 again :S has anyone any idea why that would happen? ive rechecked all of my recent posts and none
have a warning or anything from anybody that would explain what has happened... so i was just
curious also, my account has been 'inactive' for a while, and i was just wondering, will it

Including my account (3) A few minutes from posting this I was not able to access the trap17.com or trap17.com/forums and
not even my account . But now I am able to access them. I wonder what made them inaccessible for a

Cant Create Account ?
(2) I have enough credits and have been acceptd for an account so i go to 'Create a Hosting
Account', put in my username/pass and put in the domain name 'freecards.trap17.com' so i
get a messagebox saying your domain name will be 'freecards.trap17.com' etc.. i then put in
a username and password then get an inputbox and type YES, so it takes me to a new page saying,

Having Trouble Cancelling My Account.
(1) Due to work and other reasons, I was unable to use my site, and for a while my credits did fall to a
point where the site got suspended. My hosting account is still suspended despite that I have since
got my credits up to 14, but its now currently 8.74 at the time of the writing this post. The URL
is at http://arnzspot.trap17.com I feel I wont be needing hosting for a while, although I may be
active on the boards from time to time. Cheers.....
My Suspended Account

notified and have no idea why. I still have more than 48 credit days so this isn't the reason.

Help With Creating Account
Invalid Username/Password (7) I need help on creating my hosting account. On the http://www.trap17.com/process/create_account.htm
page, I type in the correct information. After clicking SUBMIT, I get an Invalid Username and
Password error. I am sure my Password and Username is correct, any ideas?....
Delete Button In Trap17 Gallery Doesn't Work.
(4) In the Trap17 gallery there is a button to apparently allow you to delete your own post/image.
However, when I have tried to use this button I get a "Board Message" saying I don't have the
permission to delete. Can we either be given the access to delete our own posts/images in the
gallery, or if that is not possible, remove the "Delete" button?....
