My Credits Turned To Zero [resolved] - Please help..

Okay, so I had 17 credits and I wanted to terminate my account.After I was done and came back, it said I had zero hosting credits, how can this happen? Dos it cost you credits to terminate your account.I don't think so. Please help, it took me quite some time to get the credits and in less than a sec it vanishes sad.gif

When a hosting account is terminated the hosting credits are reset to give a fresh start. And it also prevents from a user activating and terminating a hosting account since it takes resources to perform this action--resources that can be reserved for real usage like serving hosting members.

Hosting credit system is also generous to those who are starting out for the first time or those who just terminated. Simply collect required hosting credits and apply for hosting application again.

    similar situation to another topic here my hosting was suspended due to lack of credits and i really
    don't need hosting atm so i used the termination script to get rid of my hosting. as far as i

    I know it takes time, but I'm almost out of credits (7)
    Two days ago I ordered credits through the Xisto page. My receipt ID is 0208-7716-3387-7515.
    I've still yet to receive the credits. In one and a half days, my previously stockpiled credits
    will run out, so I would like to get the six months I bought before I have to pay the extra four
    credits or so for going under 0. Thanks a lot.....

    My hosting account says that it has been suspended, although I have had more than enough credits to
    keep it alive for quite a while(more than a hour /smile.gif' border='0'

    wrong, or what, but to my knowledge, there should be no reason for it to be suspended.....
