Moved to trap17 dot net Help Forum.

To check the Database Server Status.

It showed Green for me just now. Trap17 dot net is the server with smtp disabled (red).

Also, be certain that the Database name used in the web-page includes the 'prefix' required according to your xpanel information. This is sometimes a problem.

    hi, i'm trying to get some help with a mysql data base... when i enter the following into the
    query it errors out.. tell me to contact an admin to find out what wrong, i wrote them an email and
