| | Once I ever got to know how to use a computer and found out many things that a computer can do I was surprised. It all started when I got on a computer for my first time playing a game that my cousin had let me play. This was 5 years ago and now I am very addicted to the computer and if I stop using the computer for about a day or week I feel like i'm gonna die or something. The only time I don't feel like using the computer is when my cousins and families visit from other places. Or when I play a video game that is not on the computer. |

I had to really think of what to answer here. I use computer excessively, usualy for more than 5,6 hours a day, but I do not consider myself addicted, because I easily lived without it for a few weeks when I was away with my girl..I think that you could say "addiction", when you really wouldn't be able to function normaly without a few hours of computer-time...That is not the case with me.. The more I think about it, I'd say that the main reason I use computer so much, is in the fact that it gives you so many options to spend your free time! Other people maybe watch TV, but I think that doing creative stuff on computer is far better than watching TV...

Well I must admit I am addicted to computer, well not exactly to the machine itself though I sens some bond between and I cannot sell old models that is when I have old computer and I buy new one I am very or shell I say extremlly reluctnat to sell it and in the end I never do it. So I am addicted also to machine or bonded I always find some good use to them like some servers or dvd players with additional options and so on. Really it pays much more then the few bucks you could get from them on used computers market. However I am also addicted to developing on the computers and to the internet as in the sens that it provides many informations to us or loads of informations. Not so much as a social usage as some use IRC and so on however I am using instant messangers adn of course loads of mail. So in the end computers are my life I am currently studing somputer science and I have to say. Hi I am hitmanblood and I am addicted to the computers since my very first one commodore 64

I can't really say that I'm addicted to the computer because I can function without one. Mind you, I really miss it when I'm away on a holiday and don't have access to even check in to my email or forums other than from an internet cafe

Yes, I am addicted to my computer. I use it 4-5 hours every single day. At forums, when I chat with friends, do my homework, Photoshop and much, much more. I need it - can't live without it. It is how I keep in touch with friends that are far, far away. I can see images from different places I have been with my friends - on their webpages. I watch television just as much as I use the computer. (Because I always turn it on when I turn on my computer.) The only thing that is really annoying, is that my computer is not a laptop. I can't bring it anywhere, so that is a problem for me. Hello, my name is Blubear and I am a little girl addicted to my computer.

I can spend the whole day in front of the computer without doing anything else. To be frank, im more addicted to the internet than the computer, but you need the computer to access the internet. I can live in seclusion, but give me a computer and an internet connection! But if I'm outside or on a holiday trip, I won't miss my computer. I wouldn't even dream of bringing it cos' it's troublesome, so I guess I'm not so badly affected.

I'm pretty addicted, myself. I like to use the computer almost all day. I'm in college and I even got a lap top last year, and started to bring my computer wherever I go. Heck, back before I had the laptop I'd use the library computers. Sadly, they limited your time to 65 minutes so I couldn't stand that. Heh, I got the laptop and now my addiction is fed. =] Heck, I take my notes in class on the computer too. Though, I'm not SEVERELY addicted. When I'm out hanging out with friends or camping with friends I don't miss it. xD But yeah. When I have access to one it IS hard to resist. =P

Computer addiction? Definitely. I am very much attached to the computer. Okay, maybe not the computer itself but he wealth of information it gives me. I am, right now, researching for my first literary work, which I will submit about 5 years from now, aside from starting to think up of ways to give myself more info on making fantasy games for everyone. I am addicted to what it can do for me, the forums, email add, and such.....

A Personal Letter To Tyra Banks - Cutting Addiction
About addiction to cutting and endorphins (3) I was watching the Tyra Banks show today ( because there is little else on at 6 am) and her guests

shopping, and cutting on oneself. After the show I wrote her an email ( I have no idea if she will

Coca-cola Addiction
Sorts of addiction (44) When people talk about some kind of addiction they usually connect it with the drug abuse or drug
habit (cocaine, marihuana, ecstasy etc.) but I think that every thing that is consumed in high
quantity can be considered as injurious to health and it's after someone need it for ceaseless
use so we can say it's addiction. I'll give you an example with one of my friends that has
addiction to Coca-Cola. He always come to work with at least 1 bottle of 500ml, but often he can be
seen with 2 litres bottle. He drinks Cola all the day, in work, in the café or just ....

Beating addiction to prescription drugs (2) You could (and once upon a time I did) say just don't get on them, but maybe you didn't

is stronger than any heroin you'd find on the street. I was very worried because in my job I
meet people who got addicted to these medicines and ended up buying them on the street, losing their
jobs, etc. People I worked with lost their jobs because of it. Until this year, I....
Addiction To Games
(51) So I was watching the News the other day, which is slightly unusual to me when a Report came up on
Video Game Addictions. I thought this was sort of weird, because Video games don't contain
nicotine, or an addictive substance, at least I hope, but further on the Report started to make more
sense. It explained Video Games cause a psychological addiction ,and the addiction occurs because of
the experience, and the good feeling you get from playing them. I am a gamer myself and never
realized the addiction, so this Report sort of scarred me a bit. Now that I look back o....
Caffeine Addiction
Is Caffeine Really A Drug? (35) As many of you may have heard, caffeine can be considered a drug to some. What are your opinions on
this subject? Obviously, like any drug, caffeine can affect some, while others can be unaffected.
For example, I drink soda, usually two cans a day. Now, I have gone sometimes a week or two without
soda though, clearly stating it has no control over me, but I have heard it can affect others in
strange ways. For some caffeine consumers, if they go too long with it, they will get headaches,
nausea, etc. But I rarely see this is people. This is most people's defens....
