Odd, I can't even access cpanel. I have not changed any firewall settings. Any other site loads fine. I don't even get to my login screen on the trap 17 cpanel. When trying to send or receive email (trap 17 is my smtp server) I get socket error 10060 connection timed out. I don't know whether any of the mods have any control over things, but I sent a ticket report, but I just realised I cannot receive email at my domain address, so, the ticket number is XFA-769148. Just tried to register with Xistosupport, after I sent a support ticket. It turns out my email is already registered, but I never set a password. When trying to log in, I am told my username or password are wrong but since I can't receive mail on my domainname I won't find out my password.. Will someone please help me out here?

I have passed the link to Admins. Hopefully they will receive it and act ASAP, but with Timezone differences, and being Christmas Eve/Day, no telling when they will be around. Soon, I hope.

Thanks. By the way, do they automatically register you when you raise a ticket? I tried to register after raising one and got the message my email was already registered, but obviously, I had not set a password. Or have I been hacked?

Not sure about the registration or the Hacking thing. Your site is working fine for me, by the way. Have you recently deleted any files in the Account Root? The ones you did not place there? Or any Mods to your .htaccess file? How are your credits?

Hi, You had been blocked by one of our engineers it seems. Please stop any activities which have massive connections to the server. And check your FTP if it creates a lot of simultaneous connections. Thanks, -Shree

The same thing happened to me obviousely, and I'm still waiting for the conclusion of my problem... Now that I know what is it I did that got me on to the ban list, I'm sure not to repeat that, and I'm still waiting for the response from the support team, as I submited a support ticket on December 22nd... Hopefully, I won't have to lose my hosting here...

Wallpaper Site
(4) Hello I hope this is the right place for this thread . I want to thank to Trap17 for their
wonderful hosting service and because I have no problems related to hosting . I have a wallpaper
site based on 4images gallery system . But my images have high resoultions (1600*1200 ) and when
someone enters a wallpaper page , 4images displays the full size image and that too big for a page
. Is there any way to display a small image in the wallpaper page and a big image when someone
clicks download ? Or could you recommend me a better software ? Thanks in advance .....

anyone know how to fix? (3) In a subdomain of my site I have an installation of MediaWiki, and until now it's been working
fine. But today I've been having trouble with it. Previously, whenever I logged into MediaWiki
it worked first time and I would stay logged in for about an hour, even without the "Remember Me"

No Site Access

Can't Access My Site....weird Issue
(5) Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times

Cannot access webmail yet. (7) After all the troubles over the past week, I have everything set up, my access to MySQL databases
restored, however, I cannot access my webmail yet. I log in on the screen before you get the choice
which webmail to use (Squirrel, Horde or Roundcube), and when clicking on Horde I get "Login failed
because your username or password are incorrect", with Squirrel mail i get; "ERROR: Connection
dropped by IMAP server." and Roundcube (probably as the name implies) keeps going round in circles.

Remote Access Mysql
(8) Is it possible to directly access my local database from my website? For example, if somebody
submits info on my website, the info they submitted would be transferred to my local database
directly. Is that possible? And if so, how do I set that up? The reason I don't want to upload
my database to my subdomain is because it would be difficult to keep the website database and my
