I have setup a domain i.e, rahul-rules.co.nr and currently I have got it hosted on biz.ly. I am
trying to move over to trap17 and while trying to do so I got the warning that co.nr is a
redirection service and I would have to setup a subdomain with trap17. Now when I tried to setup the
domain it gave me the error "Unable to add the user meboxer". Can you please help me with this and

Hi, this happens to everyone someday and now it's my turn. I have not been able to be active in
the forums for the past few weeks, mainly due to time, and it will eventually get even worse.
Besides, I can't just post in every topic pretending to know about the subject in discussion in
order to only increase my credits. I believe that I may have to terminate my hosting account
(already suspended with > -30 credits), and I just need to be sure if there would be any possibility
of recovering the site/files hosted on the server, with the account currently suspended...

This is just a general query, & not something that i'm actively after being able to do. I have

Well Ive been reading alot of the sticky post and faq's but im still a bit cunfused. and i

Ive created my phpbb board thru the fantastico thru my cpanel.. i know that i need to go to the
images folder for the phpbb to edit my banner which this is what im trying to do. but i have no clue
on how to get to that folder. since i went thru fantastico.. can anyone help...

The Trap17 Gallery for some reason converts GIF files to JPG files. This of course means if the GIF
is animated or has transparency, neither of them work. There is a way around it, but it's a
little annoying. Here's an example of what I mean. GIF converted to JPG ...

ok this is my doubt: i saw that trap17.com offres two different hosting plans one of them is point
to trap17.NET with ADS and the other to trap17.COM with NO ADS is that right? if it is suppose i
have enough credits to ask for a NO ADS account what im going to receive is a SUBDOMAIN or i can
choose a domain i dont know something like heyitsme.net? or it would be heyitsme.trap17.com? thanx

I have tryed to upload my avatar image it is 64 x 64,3k in file size,and gif format why isnt the

I do not have a top level domain so if i want to apply for a host, i must use subdomain. So, do i
have cPanel with my subdomain account? And is there any 'subdomain' for subdomain account?...

I've been to my cpanel and found the account name and the required user id's etc. It seems
to recognize the username, but stalls on the password. I went so far as to add a new user account
so that I knew what the password was, but it still won't let me in to uplaod. Are there any
settings that should be altered anywhere? I haven't used the ftp on the account yet, so it
should be in a "raw" state from the set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks......

Well, I need to know how to change the subdomain of my website...Right now my website is
www.musicstuff.trap17.com but I want to change it to www.darkdesign.trap17.com I do not care if
you have to reset everything....but I still want to keep my package 3 that I have...lol. Can

I recently got approved for hosting. My subdomain is www.5k70sls.trap17.com but it doesn't work.
I double checked my cpanel info that the server generated and there's nothing wrong... I can
access cpanel via IP. But I have to also say, that my username for cpanel is "xeek". It's
different from my domain, so I wonder if that's causing the problem? So basically, the site
www.5k70sls.trap17.com is supposed to work, but it doesn't. However, www.xisto.com/~xeek works
fine! (I'm guessing that the domain xisto is also owned by trap17?) Can an admin...

Is it allowed to have splitted files? like if i splitted a 30 mb file into 6 peaces (5mb each) is it
allowed then? cuz then every1 would download all 6 peaces, wich would be eqal to downloading a 30
mb file... but! if it isn't allowed u could make the splitted file a zip file wich contains
a url to the next peace, wich would make it impossible to download everything at the same time... so
my question is; is it allowed to have splitted files on ur website? if no: is it allowed to have
ziped slitted files whit url? if no to that question then: ok... to bad... ...
