why would anyone want to take away the ability to boot to safe mode lol. It is a vital tool in computer troubleshooting imho.

yes indeed. The only reason, and it's a bad one, to disable safe mode, is to "hide" the administrator's account, and I don't see the use of it, and only if you use the windows welcome screen. ctrl-alt-delete twice will still give you the original -insert name/pw- and wait. what's the 1st method of disabling safe mode? o_O

(Rather then having to login at the welcome screen) Now some computer have this feature by default,
but what if it gets broken, try this. On an Administrator account goto start >> Run, and type
"control userpasswords2" (without the quotes) Uncheck the box that "Users must enter a Username and
