nice job.
the top one i think you could have done better with the font. and it needs to be cut in half a bit, way too wide. the border is okay, for the time it took to do it i give it a 7/10
the bottom one isnt bad but the background doesnt loook that great *to me at least* 5/10
7/10 for the first one.
8/10 for the second.. it's pretty good for such a short creation time.... (=
