Well, I recently found a site with lots of Windows skins, icons, cursors, logon styles, wallpapers and other "useful" tools to customize your Windows XP (assuming you have one).

I have messed around customising Windows XP with Windows Blinds and what not, but I did not like it.

I have even changed the Windows XP boot up screen to a English country side one before.

Clouds is a very nice Windows XP Visual Style. It can be light blue, green, or pink. It is very nice. It is made by Aaron Spuler one of the best Mozilla themes Creator's. It also looks really nice with the iCandy Junior theme that I use for both Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird.

The other day I was in the September 2005 screenshots thread at http://www.mozillazine.org fourm and someone had posted a screenshot using that visual style and, so of course I replied to that.

Yes that thread is in the general board Mozillazine Afterdark, but registered users need 15 posts (messages) to have access to it. Why? Well, because of a certain person causing loads of trouble in Afterdark.
