Currently there are very few sites that support it. But Microsoft says it is the future. Our online visiting card. Use it to login onto any website. Supposedly Microsooft is in talks with Mozilla team over its incorporation with firefox 3 that is to be released soon.

Something like an OpenID? It would save time, certainly, but integrating it into the browser? No browser is free of security issues. I'd just hate to have the whole system subverted, at a loss to everyone using it. However, I suppose having the browser store your passwords and usernames and filling them in isn't much different from this, on a security level. I'd be happier if Firefox took the initiative first, not Microsoft smile.gif

Hmm this might prove as very useful and interesting principle. Is it something similar to what microsoft is doing with their online passport and so on. Or it is completly new principle.

You could put some more info or even link I have trouble finding something about this online. That is from third person resources and not microsoft maybe because it is so new or I don;t know.

One way or the other here is Microsoft link to it. CARDSPACE M
