I use AutoGK but i would just like to know if there are any other programs that are better or easier to use ??? tell me what you use to do this encoding.

I am not sure, but i think Nero suite (nero suite 6 is freeware, it comes with hardware you buy in stores, like a dvd or cd drive/player) has something like this, or at least, very close.
