I'm going on the AT&T Wireless Family Plan with my sister in a few days (maybe less?) and I need to purchase a new phone. I'm looking for $30 dollars or less. Refurbished is fine. Not interested in doing the EBay thing.

If you can recommend to me a good phone (camera is the only requirement I ask for) then I'll be quite grateful. I was looking at the BlackBerry Pearl ($30 dollars refurbished) but if there is something better, I would like to get that instead.

i would say go with the iPhone, but your budget it $30. so im not quite sure, but i will look. dont go for a blackberry pearl, however. its usually $30 extra on your plan. its ment for big corporate people that have their bill paid for by their company. its not worth it. i would go for something similar if you want something like that. but im not sure what AT&T offers for that. but, as i said before, i will look.
